BREAKING: Natalie Holloway Suspect Joran Van Der Sloot Accused of Peru Murder

I am very supprised no one has put a bullet in this guy's head! What ever happed to the old days when If you were convicted of murder you were put in the chair or got the gas chamber, Some really bad people who have commited murder have been back on the street in years, only to do it again, what kind of deterent is it if the bad guys know they can be back on the street in a couple of years? I say if you are convicted without a doubt, DNA evidance supported, compleatly guilty You die! That's it no more of this pandering to the crimanals

If Natalie's mother acted insane it's because she lost her beloved daughter, person, not because she's actually insane. If you think Joran is anything other than a psycho then I'm not sure if anything I say will even reach you. Look at the last thread on ATS about Joran. It's damning indeed. I posted a link of one of Joran's speech reversals which was pretty damning for anyone who knows anything about speech reversals. I think it was just after that thread when the elder Van Der Douche had a heart attack and died. Most likely from having seen what his progeny had become.

Don't misunderstand me .I had issue with how the news in this country showed Natalee as a virgin perfect sweet girl .When its not true .
I was very involved ,and devastated when this happen ,b/c I am friends with parts of her family .
So many documents that are out and free for the public to read was NEVER reported on NEVER . It was just played out as a simple open and shut case .
The issue's go so much deeper than murder/ sex slaves etc... but its just a sad situation all the way around .
I believe Joran knows what happen ,but I do not believe it was as simple as killing her ,and disposing of her body .I even believe ppl in the Gov. are involved in a lot of seriously sicking illegal stuff .I will leave it at that ,I really don't want to say anything else .
I will just say her Father and step mother ,are the only ppl directly involved with this situation who seemed to have any sense at all ,or the only normal ones at that ...

ETA There are a lot more ppl involved in her disappearance other than Joran ,and its not a simple cover up done by his father ..trust me .

He got off because the KPA (Aruban police) is corrupt and his daddy was the head judge for Aruba's regional court system. The Netherlands should abolish both overseas regional police forces and give the Koninklijke Marechaussee and the Korps Landelijke Politiediensten the responsibility for policing Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles since the colonials obviously can't handle it themselves.

I am sure there are. Especially since two other young men were with him when he killed her. And because Jorans daddy could pull strings, I am sure others got involved too.

I never did like this guy, there was something "off" about him. I don't believe in coincidences, so this guy must be pathological.

He must be living quite the life - traveling the world, living off mom & dad's money, hooking up with countless women, with an influential father to get you out of any trouble that might come along. You'd think he could live quite happily like that, pretty much stress free. But this guy is despicable and deserves a lot worse than whatever he's got coming to him.

Amazing this monster is still walking around since that reporter got him to confess on tape... Sigh!

You DO have a strange reason for disliking the media presentation of her. Why should you be upset about her being presented as "virginal"? That to me seems marginal. The real travesty about the media in this case is how poorly they did in helping matters. You seem to be upset that they didn't portray her as "slutty". Who cares if she was sort of slutty or not? That means it's OK for Van Der Douche to do what he did? That means it's OK to get kidnapped and sold into a human trafficking ring? Jeese Louise.

This Van Der Sloot kid is messed up in the head, literally. Ine day he says he didn't kill Holloway and then the next he brags to some guy that he did.
Whether he did it or not, is the mystery. Did anyone see him, the 2 boys from India, and Natalie leave the bar together on the night of her disappearance/ murder? Did someone see them murdering her and at what time? Did she say something to provoke her murderer(s) do attack her? Maybe she didn't want to have sex with her so that's why they did what they did. Could it have been someone else, altogether?

Whether or not this case goes unsolved on Earth, it will be solved once he (Joran, how do you say it???) and whom ever else took her life will pay, dearly, for it, when the stand before the big G. Then Natalee's mother and father will have closure if no human can solve it.

As for myself, I think he helped in her disappearance/ murder, but sadly, this is just speculation. Let's hope he is found guilty on the new dead girl that they found. Hopefully, it will also tie him to the Holloway girl.

Not really, is supposed to be quite good at poker and that's how he is earning his money. When he lived in Thailand he had a pretty big house for himself.

I just can't belief that when you finally get the hellaway from holoway you would be so dumb to leave a body in your room that is put on your own name.

One can only imagine how the parents of Natalie Holloway feel, after this news. They must completely give up hope to ever see their daughter alive, ever again.

The parents of the other girl, now have to grieve also.

Prison, even in Peru is too good a place for this guy.

Somebody needs to take him out to deep waters, tie a bunch of weights to him, and throw him in the water!

Let him thing about what he's done, while he sinks very slowly to the botton!

Anyone can play all, "Well......I know LOTS of stuff, but I cant say anything." We've all heard people pretending they know tons of stuff. This is ATS, after all. I can pretend I know the whole story of the Holloway case too, but I dont.


Bottom line is one cares if Natalie was a virgin or her mom is "insane" in their lives prior to the incident. They are both just victims in that incident, regardless. And all we have is one anonymous poster saying they are insane and slutty, and in terms of character references, the fact that you are bashing a dead girl and her grieving mother works against you.

Apparently Interpol has an international arrest warrant out for him at the moment and the continent down there is searching for him.

However speaking with a co-worker of mine, we were a bit funny on the laws that would surround this case.

It says he fled to Chile. If he is found in Chile, where will he be extradited to? Peru? The Netherlands / where he is from? I'm just curious because in this case, if he is extradited to Peru where this girl is from, he'd more than likely be better off, off-ing himself to save himself the pain he would go through sitting in a Peruvian prison.

It really has proven disappointing that authorites couldn't link him to Holloways death, maybe they might have prevented this one.
