The office of Guatemala's president handed out this aerial view of a crater that opened up after Agatha hit.
At least 115 people have died after a tropical storm battered Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador over the weekend, officials in those countries reported.
Guatemala was hit hardest, with at least 92 deaths, 54 people missing and 59 injured, emergency officials said. Nearly 112,000 people have been evacuated and more than 29,000 are living in temporary shelters, Guatemalan President A.

Article on CNN about the tropical storm that battered Guatemala and Honduras this week shows a picture of a crater created by this storm but no articals i can find on the internet mention the actual gigantic god damn hole in the ground that is perfectly symmetrical

That is absoluteley incredible I've never seen or heard of anything like this being created during a storm before.
Might the area have been built over an old mine of some kind ... even if this were the case the hole is perfectly round and smooth as other poster's have mentioned.
I wonder how deep it is ???
