5/29/2010 Triangular UFO At Area 51 Google Earth?

This is a video i found on youtube. I was not sure if to put thread in here or Area 51 still after watching this video I decided to try it on Google Earth and what can I say but try yourself and main thing ''What Is This?''.

Not sure about a rock any ideas?.

I think it might be a rock casting a shadow.

Just my guess.

Due to even the sheep knowing about area 51, the pop culture idiom we all have heard, it is unlikely there is anything of the nature of this "aliens and UFO's forum" at area 51 anymore certainly not above ground anyway, and certainly not left in google earth.

I can't see it would still be there if it was a "triangle".

As per the other member, I think it might be a wall casting a shadow, wherein the terrain is casting a shadow.

I'm not sure why there appears to be a gap between the wall & the shadow, but I don't think it's indicative of the object being in the air.

The shadow also looks to from a rectangular object, not a triangular object.

I dont see any form of triangle in this picture, and if OP refers to the object featured in the pictures I would say that was a very big cylinder, or a wall. I am interested in the way it casts its shadow however.

I think it's some kind of sign-post

I was gonna go with possibly a no trespassing sign, but its at a weird angle for that.

That's what I thought before posting this I am not sure what it is and am no way saying it a ufo just curious all I can say is anyone with Google earth have a look.

Maybe it's a radar device of some description, or some sort of radio device, or something like that.....

I'll have a look on GE tomorrow.....it's getting very late here now!

I still think it's a sign of some sort....

'Warning: Radiation' or 'Brain-eating Aliens Ahead' or 'This sign has sharp edges'

But there are lots of possiblities to why there's a sign there.

I don't see the triangular form. It looks like a sign.
It probably says:"Area 51: You're here. We're not"

can anyone figure out how big that "sign" would have to be? Looks huge to me, but I could be completely wrong....

When I saw it the first thing I thought of was 'sign', it's definitely not triangular as the shadow is rectangular.

Sadly the angle does not does us any favours here as it's almost directly on top but I'd deffo go with sign or flat device on poles.

According to google maps, the sign's about 18 feet wide. Seems about right.

If the object is on the ground, why is there a "gap" between the object and the shadow on the ground.

Comparing it to other photos of objects on the moon, via NASA photos, I'd LOVE to think this was a classic photo of a "Mother Ship".

Anyone else have the same feeling ?????

I lived not to far from there....back in the 90's and I am not saying 100% fact it is this...but I have seen 1st hand ...

It looks like a billboard sign....but wait...its not near a road...hmmm

I walked a good 5 miles over this same thing once while in the mountains trying to get me a look @ A-51 its a training target, some of which get live rounds fired at them and some only have lasers fired at them to train new re-cruits on the 101 of "said device...could be tanks, or helos, or planes...even a few for the ground troops.

Daddybare...can tell ya all about them....he is from the area, and a retired military man ...I think he is just 200 miles west of there ATM

unless he's hiding in his unknown bunker in KS....oops forget its unkown..

could this be the culprit ???

I don't see a triangle, but the shadow is weirdly off.

I'm surprised that nobody has identified this yet. It is a microwave reflector.

There are other satellite images of this object from slightly different angles. I have seen these things on hills around Nevada and California. They look like blank billboards.
