I heard that on the radio - Bernado / Williams connection - and I couldn't think otherwise: it smell like "MK Ultra" or mind control kind of story...

The real thing to consider at this time: is this a timed event ? Somebody said it was weird that Williams was breaking in houses for a while (years) and suddenly when on a killing spree... Was he ordered to go nut at a given time to make the news just in time to take the media space, to distract, to make sure other things go below the radar ?
Was it a delayed effect of his mind control ? Bernardo couldn't wait or was more responding ?...

Smell like manchurian candidates or brain wash. Why?
What are the odds: same city. same year, same school... same kind of crime...

There's always stuff going on with government enforcers. If its not the CF its the RCMP.. Just a few years ago there was an ottawa cop stabbed by an RCMP officer in the Civic hospital. Civic Hospital murder Canada has so little going on that the media will find someone to lynch. The military and government are good places to go...
