Who is your role model? And why?

Have you ever turned from a particular role model? What was the reason for such?

How many of you never had a role model? Explain why that was always the case.

Why do you think people have role models for? Do said people set out to act how their role model does? Do said people follow their role model's views, and put them as their own?

What type of person has a role model these days?

Now answer the following questions honestly:

Do you have a problem with a kid who has Hitler as their role model?

Do you have a problem with an adult who has Big Bird from Sesame Street as their role model?

Do you have a problem with any person who has God as their role model?

Do you have a problem with any person who has a movie character as their role model?

Do you think people even like being role models? Would you like to be someone's role model?

Why do you think the news media crucifies people that other people are cleaimed to look up to?

That is a lot of questions. I often ponder what is real unique thought and what is just regurgitating something you've heard or seen previously.

I have no problem with someone choice in a role model. Mine is Gandhi.

I do not currently have a singular role model, but I have many people that give and have given me inspiration.
I can't say I have a problem with other people having controversial role models. I just try to understand why they may have chosen them.
I sometimes get perturbed when a human being is elevated to "star" status, but I have learned to avoid those people that do the worshipping, unless we are talking about children. I can't fault a child for idol worship, I think that is normal.

I do not take any role model that is human, as 90% of humans are murderers, that kill or are desperate to kill.

Why would i follow any human. Maybe you can learn more from animals like dogs, and others, more than rubbish role model humans, that make me puke.

Just imagine how many in police and gov are murderers.
