OH.... MY.... GOD!!!!!!!

We're now seeing the true extent of the leak... the new footage is the blow out preventer, which looks like it's about 4-5 FEET wide of a hole spewing that oil!

This is not the same as the 21 inch pipe that they have been showing, which is what eventually leads into the BOP. I remember when this first started, they talked about 3 leaks - source - so this HAS to be the main leak and the one they've been showing us has been one of the secondary leaks.

Now, combine the amount of oil coming from all 3 and although I hate to be doom and gloom, I think we're looking at the beginning of the end folks. This will destroy the food chain and alter weather, and I would expect that we will start to see the full impact from this in about another 30 days. Right now, the effects are just starting to settle in as we've seen in some of the other videos.

As far as my own personal knowledge of the laws of physics, and the understanding that capping a hole this big hasn't been attempted before (not even on land), I don't see them being able to resolve this. The pressure alone was enough to blow out all of their safety equipment, which is built to sustain those depths and pressure, even with big spikes of gas pockets, yet they are going to build something "better" in 30 days? I don't think so....

This is a BRITISH company, why are we letting this happen? Just because that country is an ally? That doesn't stop GREED and all these people care about is recovering their precious oil and saving the bottom line. It's sickening.

I hope that the lessons we learn from this is enough to prompt swift action on behalf of scientists and inventors all over the world to A) get us as far away from oil as possible and B) find a way to clean up this mess before it kills everyone and everything.

God help us all, especially those closest to the spill.

~Namaste

Think about this for a moment. Now I am new to the ATS, atleast the comment part anyway, I have been reading you guys for a couple of years. Ok. On the story about chemtrails, many people believe that they are spraying to kill our crops and poison our water supply. Then you look at the whole ethanol scam they have going, taking all of our food recources for fuel. Now think about why they are allowing this leak to keep spewing millions of gallons. It is killing 20% of our seafood industry, killing our tourism industry and wasting our oil supply. I am truly beginning to think this was a false flag. Now they have a grip on almost all of our goods and services. (oil, food, water, Ocean, Money) This could be the nail in the coffin.

Yep. You are right. I have screen grabs from yesterday to now and it could not be more clear.

I am in no way trying to toot my own horn here....I would rather play up the collective inquisitiveness of most all of ATS's members.

I was honestly astonished at how quickly this post went viral here today. When I started this post this morning, it was before the whole "top kill" videos came out.

My question here is this though....Would BP have truly shown us the real image of the main spill if we hadn't started asking questions?

It seems to me like this is now common knowledge that we weren't shown the full leak before now. But when I first thought of this this morning, it was a new idea.
Now we know it is true. They were withholding the video from us. Did ATS help reveal the truth here today? Were we at least part of exposing the truth. I would like to think we were.....

Governor Bobby Jindal is going off about the lack of response from the Fed's!

He just said on the live feed that they have dredges in place to create more sand berms...but they still do not have permission?!?!?!?!

So you think they are trying to destroy the Earth and kill us all, including themselves. Have I got this correct?

The gushing oil that appeared to be the main leak is no longer broadcasting on BPs site. They've switched it back to the top kill machine. Here's a cap i took right before it switched.

feed is here as well as cnn www.bp.com...

I don't think that is oil we are seeing from the new video. I think its mud from the top kill. Its clearly not as dark as the oil leak video.

The thing with the camera is they are all live feeds and they are all live. There are just multiple feeds down there. I wish I had a screen shot program on this computer. On the CNN live feed there are 6 cameras on 5 ROV's (remote operated vehicles) and one I believe is on the top kill ship/barge called the enterprise. I think that is what is going on. I am not saying that BP is truthful but it seems to me they are paying attention to what we and the internet is saying and have labeled all individual cameras.

Does anyone in this world know how to type anymore? In a text conversation on a cell phone this would be O.K. But on an internet forum, it's getting as annoying as typing in all caps or bold. Sorry had to vent.

"This is a BRITISH company, why are we letting this happen?"

Speaking as a Brit, I have to agree, that's quite a good question. But do remember the Texas based Halliburton, Swiss company Transocean and USA government/regulatory authorities were also all involved (profiting rather nicely I should think) in this, and I guess all parties will now be squirming like eels to distance themselves from whatever they can here.

On another note, BP is I understand the UKs largest corporation, bigger than our banks even? If it fails due to this, in the current economic climate, I just wonder if it would be the final straw for the UK, then the domino effect would likely ensue, Europe/world markets would, surely, get a hefty double dip recession, and that won't be pretty either.

I believe it did. I think BP is getting enough of a bad rep without people not understanding that there are more than one camera and more than one live feed. I sincerley hope they get this fixed asap, but dont we all.
