I think there is a conspiracy to make tap water unhealthy to the point where people who don't trust the government and know fluoride is poison drink their water out of unhealthy plastic bottles and get cancer...

again, bottles don't make people having cancer
you can get cancer from other things, but not from bottles.
Its like saying if a kid plays with a plastic toy he or she will get skin cancer.

The U.S. bacterial limit is no more than 500 colony-forming units of bacteria per millilitre of water. Health Canada does not have an equivalent standard for bacteria in bottled water.
