When the Jehova witnesses come to my door and the tell me we are doomed and did I want saving.. I generally roll out how I see 2012 as turning the corner, how humanity will find it's roots again and how we'll all be happy, and at peace with each other.

Do you know what, they actually lap it up and generally go away keeping their watchtower clutched in their hands, and with a smile on their faces, promising to read up on the whole thing...

Well keep the vibe going. This is not dependant on a diety. or religious leader.or political master, or your boss. or your spouse.

its about you making small changes for the better in your world.

Soon enough there can be a Tsunami of changes and maybe we can tip the balance.

But true enough in the cold hard darkness you have to hold to your own truth and know that it will happen.

And yes the Watchtower bearers, I love em! i just let them contradict themseves!! heheh

We have come to the end of the road, the finish line is just around the corner. We the people, have awakened from the veil of darkness and mob mentality.

Our motivations based on greed, pride, fear, paranoia and hate are being replaced by a universal understanding of what it means to be alive and human. This is the beginning of a dimensional shift in thinking, the next evolutionary jump!

When the weather patterns spin out of control because of all the oil in the
gulf. I don't see anything good coming from that. When the White house turns black during a rain very soon. I don't see anyting good coming from that. I don't see anything good coming from your gut that's for sure.

Nice thought though, unless it's just away to ignore what is creeping up on us. Like la la la la la la la la la la with your fingers in your ears. All the positive thought in the world won't compare to what we have done to it.
We need to face what we all as human beings have done. Stop pointing fingers at each other. We've all but killed this planet now and death is already happening in the sea.

Nothing good is coming and it has nothing to do with what we think. It's what we've done.

I have a prophecy for all. It will manifest itself in every human being on this planet.

It must be such a depressing existence bringing the watchtower to people and knowing most will hide behind the sofa until your gone...

Putting them on par with balifs, debt collectors and the tax man ... so I try to cheer them up it is one of my little vices, that is to try and convince them to look for some good in life

The only way anything good will ever happen on this forsaken planet, is if we stop living our lives for ourselves and start living for each other.

Rather than not caring, we have to care about things no matter how much it hurts.

Rather than hating each other, we have to start loving each other.

You cannot have a great society without Trust. Without Care. Without Love.

In a correct society, there are duties we must all fulfill; yet today in our world we do not consider these virtues a Duty, nor do we make much of an attempt to fulfill them.

I am sorry that I have been a jerk, I admit I have failed big time.

I keep getting second chances though,although I don't deserve it, so I will try harder this time to be a cooler person and try to contribute to making a cooler world.

It's all in perspective. You say we have to face what is coming. True enough But if you face it with a fatalistic attitude then you have failed before you began.

As for my original post. Do i feel that we have turned a corner. NO!! that was just the mechanism to get things moving. As i stated repeatedly later do I think that it is our actions that will manifest how our world is. ABSOLUTELY!!

But the point is the mechanism worked. I demonstrated that the positive can be a more powerful force for action.

it is that which we need to carry into the face of adversity. KNOWING that we will succeed. and that we CAN make a difference.

It is that which I feel inside.

And no you are right. Really nothing good comes out of my guts!!.

We do need to stop & think about how far we have come.
How many wrenches we have put in their works? We may never know, but it's still so satisfying to ponder.

The reason things will start happening good, is because of the pendulum effect.

But to be more precise, it is because people like you and me, are totally random and out of no where. This is the perfect mode of "infiltration".

When we start talking, and telling people things we have discovered, and insisting that they question things and seek their own answers; it changes them slowly but surely. Inside they subtly begin to start questioning things, and even if they disagreed with you initially, over a period of years they will slowly start to awaken to the lies surrounding them.

I have changed many people I have met, although it took me years to realize that.

I have had friends find me after 10years, and tell me "Omg you changed my way of thinking". And I reply, "no, I only asked you to Start thinking about and Questioning everything. You changed your thinking on your own accord".

I agree with your premise and way of positive reinforcement. Under
normal circumstances I praise your fine attitude. I can't believe you have the full scope of what is happening right now clearly in mind. There is no curtain I can pull back and show you what they are hiding. No blind fold I can remove. I'm nothing but nerves yesterday and today. I've never in my life been a nervous sort.
My hands won't stop shaking. The gulf is very very bad.

I do not want to be a party pooper but I hope that you are right and I am wrong.....

To be honest I personally do not feel as if I have 'overcome' bad times.......I feel that they are coming my way.

There is a lot misery going on in the world that still need to be fixed. There are situations in the world that can explode anytime and will affect us all. I really do not have the feel that we passed a critical time and that we are on our way to something new, something better.

I wish it was so like your gut tells us but if you'd ask me the s has still to hit the fan......mayorly.

For me, I don't give a try to "others" : because others ( and groups ) is not you nor me : and i don't think most of these groups will take care of you when you will be in need : and most group in humanit are in need ( today because of the stupid economic system : that will not change if you don't change it !).

That may be the case. and yes the situation in the gulf is dire. But honestly it won't get better knowing it is going to get us, and the worry builds up inside untilk you are in the situation you are in now.

being in a forum like ATS where the emphasis is on the negative will not help. it just reinforces the thought that there is no hope.

So that this stance.

There is hope, while there are people like you and me here that give a damn. Take positive action on your conviction. Know it makes a difference even a small difference. Know you are not alone, and that the combined efforts of people WILL make things better. Believe it deep in your self. And for you it will happen.

Please read the revelation on page 3. all will be revealed about this thread.

I don't believ we have turned a corner.

But I do believe that we can do good, and make our world better.

So here you see it the result of the very short lived experiment.

Even though I have come out and renounced my original post though line. the concept of what I am advocating here has now taken on a life of it's own and people are now starting to look at thinking in a positive way.

With that thought in mind, there is nothing that we cannot overcome.

So come on future. Bring it one I KNOW it will be good!

As I have already stated I do agree with.

It's not ATS though, not in anyway. Been here a solid year and feel like a veteran of it's effects. Believe me that's not it.

I am deeply saddened by what we have done to our world.
I feel we must be very lost and in need of guidence. It's obvious we don't know it all that's for sure. I do have hope that someday mankind will have the guidence he obviously can't survive without.
