What ever happened to Bearden's commerical MEG device, dated for 2003

Someone brought the thought of bearden's MEG device back into my brain recently. Wasnt he suppost to come out with a commerical model in 2003?? Does anyone know what happened?

this was just covered the other day , I think the thread said that Beardon and his crew are looking for ONE invester only so the don't have to worry about losing control of the device . So some super rich philanthropist is going to have to plunk down about 60 mil . Check out the SEAS energy project when you have time , they have a great plan to get working devices out there . odd
