The Mexican Embassy said Tuesday it hoped the National Guard troops would be used to fight drug cartels and not enforce immigration laws.
Mexico has traditionally objected to the use of military forces to control undocumented migration, saying such measures would criminalize migrants and open the way for potential abuse.
Cecilia Munoz, White House director of intergovernmental affairs, told a group of Spanish-language reporters Tuesday that the National Guard troops would not deal directly with migrants.

The Mexican drug cartels are so violent and powerful, what would keep them from striking a deal with one of these terrorist. Drugs for weapons??
Both, hate the U.S. so much this idea is a way to strike back at us. the cartels promise the terrorists unfettered access into the U.S. It's perfect everyone gets what they want and end the blood of many U.S. citizens will spill.

Not all around the entire U. S. , just the southern and northern borders will do. If the Chinese could do it 2,000 years ago with the Wall of China at 5,500 miles, and walls up to 25 feet tall, we could probably handle it with only 2,000 miles of border between Mexico and the U.S. and 4,000 miles between the borders of Canada and the U.S. and put all 8-10 million people who are unemployed in the United States back to work.
