Man... I mean I knew these guys were into some Illuminati type stuff... or being used as puppets... But I never knew how deep it really went... probably because I couldn't believe it myself.

But I think now that some of the musicians are coming forward about the terrible decision they made... It's now becoming more believable.

What some of these artists, entertainers, and musicians have done is what we seem to think is all make believe. Ask yourself this... is it possible for a person to sell their soul?

I'd like to present the possibility that this is exactly what Kanye West, Eminem, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, and countless others have done.

I hope this will be a worthy thread... but for now I'd like you to watch a short film Kanye West did and try to analyse exactly what the message is.

It is really the saddest video I've ever seen... and i don't think it's art... art imitates life in this film... So I got the message.

and this is to be continued.

And here is a breakdown of what this video means:

Hip hop, gangsta rap is dead and gone as that was identified as being a chief item on how they indoctrinate the youth. When you put on a hip hop record it tells you the best you can achieve or hope for is being stuck in the ghetto on welfare while pushing narcotics on the corner and busting a cap in those who oppose you.

That is not the message you want to send our young, impressionable youth so in that regard this genre is in effect dead.

When you put on your favourite album from your favourite artist on your preferred medium (lp, 45, 331/3, cassette, 8 track, mini disc, cd, mp3) you want it to lift you up and not tell you that you have no future.

They have figured out a way to indoctrinate those using heavy metal, pop, country, r&b, and alternative so to truly avoid it is to avoid all popular music and stick to vintage classical and vintage operas.

Good catch OP.

Do you know if the Youtube video title was given to the video by Kanye or by the youtube user?

It would be interesting to see if the whole taking my soul out thing is backed up by Kanye...if so then i would have to agree there is some seriously warpped selling of souls in the industry...

maybe Kanye is just taking another angle of being a slave to the music industry or maybe it does go deeper...

I wouldnt be surprised i have seen loads of musician's videos connecting them to the occult.

So what happens when people within the industry go from preaching one message to another? What happens when they come out of the darkness and into the light?

I discovered this video and it made perfect sense.... as soon as DMX turned to the light... the industry no longer needs him.

And why? Why is that music "better"? Because it's old? Because most classical pieces uses the Tritone, called "The devil's interval"?
If and that is a big IF, musicians sold their "soul" to the devil, than the classical composer's certainly did it too. There must be a reason why most of them died at a very young age, had all kinds of sickness and diseases

But for me it's all bull#. There is no "soul", there is no "devil".
The only devil in the music industry are the CEOs who push talentless scumbags like Kanye West to the top and make them undeservingly millionaires.

The youtube video was named that by the user...

But you can clearly hear Kanye West tell an audience that he sold his soul to the devil:

start at the 1:55 mark.

Yes i heard several times that the way classical music is laid out is steeped in occult connections.

Maybe thats why its so powerful to the listener and so moving because there are so many connections.

I wouldnt be surprised given that music is also a math and numbers are prevelent in the occult.

What i dont get is what Nas said about hip hop being dead...

I think he started that whole ideology or took it from someone else who originated it...

since then everyones been saying hip hop is dead yet Nas just made a couple of hiphop albums which in my opinion were very much alive...even if he does mention in one of his songs that he saw a ufo in broad daylight.

This is very interesting. There is some great non-main stream music out there but it is hard to find if you don't know where to look. I am having that problem myself. Maybe we need to start a collaboration on how to find good non main stream music on BTS. This is some scary stuff, can't say I believe this is the case with 100% certainty but something is going on in the music industry so I am not quick to discount it either.

Ok, I have to admit I am not a big Kanye fan, but I was watching the Mick Jagger interview on CNN Larry King tonight and I am an avid Rolling Stone's fan, but when I look at Mick Jagger and Keith Richards... I see old successful rockers who have a story to tell. The one thing that spoke to me during the interview as a high neon sign that said "Jesus Saves". Coincidence? Larry did not get into "Religion" with Mick Jagger, but there such a thing as creative control whether intentional or not is debatable.

Now that Ronnie James Dio has passed away, leave ol Ozzy out their with a self-proclaimed "Prince of Darkness" which he was paid to do. There will always be stories of religion, hope, faith in the music industry. I believe it people make their choices of who they align themselves with, and it is the audience and listeners who are influenced by it. Selling ones soul is bad thought, but I do think musicians will answer to their higher power for their moral issues.

The problem is the industry has indoctrinated its audience to buy into the negative and sinful connotations in music and as a result anything opposed to this sits outside the that of what is expected.

DMX moving to the light of god from the darkness of satan only impacts on him and the few who see what is really going on..the majority sadly fall prey to the dark side.

I agree. This reminded me of the spiderman movie where perter parkers grand dad says with great power comes great responsibility.

These musicians hold great power in their hands and they are responsible for infulencing many young minds with their manifestations.

So if they are responsible for their power then who do they answer to?

Electronic music like Trance or Ambient music or many of the Electronic Dance music is inspiring uplifting or relaxing. If they do have lyrics to them it's inspiring lyrics. So don't count those out.

Some of the lyrics from the song:

Everyone has
Their own number
In the system that
We operate under
We're moving to
A situation
Where your lives exist
As information
One world
One life
One chance
One reason
All under
One sky
Unchanging
One season

Did they know something or more likely were they told to sing this...for me this is way ahead of its time.

Just MHO.
