Waitress fired for griping about tip on Facebook

Ah, yes...I was fired from a job for posting my opinions on Twitter. I admit with embarrassment that it was due to my own stupidity. I never used the company name or name of the people I mentioned, but somehow my boss put two and two together.

One evening, I received a tweet from my boss that basically called me ignorant for posting to Twitter. He had his wife tell me, "We can't have you work here anymore." the next morning.

I learned my lesson...and really it was a favor because the guy was an A-1 jerk, but that doesn't excuse my stupidity.
