I still have yet to see any information that is in contradiction with the information on the individuals presented in Beck's show.

So far, all that has been presented is media bias on Beck's personal character.

It's easy to call names and try to redirect the thread. Typical way to try to get away from the main point.

I'm aware that actually reading posts would have ruined your little world view, but you honestly believe that all of us who are cautious of Beck are trying to "redirect" the thread?

See, I have to assume you either haven't read some of the posts from people trying to "redirect" the thread or you're somehow incapable of reading these posts, which sounds like a problem you should work on.

Because if you had bothered to, you know, kept an open opinion and chose not to be ignorant of another persons view point, you would have noticed that some of us trying to "redirect" as you put it aren't redirecting at all. We aren't attacking Beck blindly at all. In fact, I put it rather clearly that we should remain cautious of Beck. Furthermore, you would have noticed I never said Beck was wrong or that this isn't happening. But again, you would only have realized this if you could read another person post. I understand that with having a fragile worldview you need to do asinine things and make asinine statements to continue your perceived validity in that worldview but that isn't a healthy thing to do.

If you had bothered to have read anything from some of us "dissenters", the problem lies that Beck does not have a trustworthy track record, he is not a "warrior of truth", and if he is revealing this to the public on a corporate news network there is good reason as to why that is being done.

Now tell me, where in any of this do you see any of my questioning of Beck come from "left-right" politics, or anything of the sort? Again, if you had bothered to read other peoples opinions, you would see my questioning stems from who employs Beck. And my questions ask WHY is he revealing this and for what purpose. But again, that would require reading another persons post.

But I appreciate you trying to silence a persons questioning on a subject that in no way leads towards any form of redirection considering it's perfectly on topic of what is being discussed.

Political Madness indeed. The Right lies. The Left lies. People call each other names. Nothing is fixed. Partisans can not fix anything. Bigotry from both sides consumes the truth and replaces it with propaganda.

Both Parties Game Plan is keep the People at each others throats and they can get away with whatever they want to. Its working.

Both Parties biggest fear is that the People will come together. They don't have much to worry about, do they?

I don't see Beck often, but what I've seen has appeared to be accurate. He scared Obama enough he took the extreme risk of going after the media which is the action of Dictator, not a President. Would lies scare Obama that much? I don't think so.

After seeing how ridiculous people look who discount him, even though they don't even know what he has said, I think I'll watch him for a while and give him a chance. Truth can come from from anywhere. The only way to know it is to listen and verify.

One reason I've not watched him much is that Obama has made no secret of his beliefs and his ties to the Progressive agenda which of course includes lots of radicals. I saw Beck as just pointing out the obvious. If you support Obama and you are informed, you are a Progressive from the extreme Left. In looking deeper Beck seems to be actually proving his points. That must be scary for Obama. I also understand though that many who vote don't have a clue about why they are voting or for whom. They just pick a side based on I don't know what?

We now return you to off topic Partisan Bickering already in progress......

Genuine...Glenn Beck ? I think not, after seeing a you tube vid late last year of Glenn in the green room, having VicksVapoRub applied below his eyes to assist his ability to show emotion and cry during a broadcast.

Glenn Beck "uncovering" the "conspiracy" of the century? I love the quotation marks and the question mark, lends a real "credability" to the Post. You say: Remember though that snide comments only reveal insecurities and/or agendas.
Do you mean GB NEVER makes snide remarks and reveals insecurities and/or agendas? I'll bet if GB is involved it includes Nazis!!!
www.thedailyshow.com...

I quit watching GB when he said one simple lie "J D Rockefeller was a PROGRESSIVE." This was when GB starting to get noticed for the "insiteful" programing he's known for today (at least in the eyes of FOX watchers). THEN he said this:
www.youtube.com...
Most of information is perception, meaning if you lend your intellecual integrity to FOX & GB then you will prove for yourself everything he/they say. But if you intellecually have a descerning ear for b@ll$#!+ & hear logic like this:
www.colbertnation.com...
...then you have to rethink whether GB's "opinion" is also yours.
I would love to see a debate between GB & Bill Maher, hell, I'd like to see a debate between GB & anyone with a minimum grasp on current events & information. His ratings are slipping so bad he has to steal other people's conspiracy theories. Sorry, I can't take Maurice Strong (or anyone else) seriously when the key link to it all is Obama & the
"distribution of wealth"or Marxism is involved when the Right(FOX/GB/O'Really/etc) focused in on Obama giving the working class people "redistributed" wealth when he bailed out the rich with $85 billion before hand.
The right has "only revealed their insecurities and/or agendas."
when Obama has done the opposite because Bush's incompetence has ruined a country. I can hear "Blaming Bush again" but the blame lies where it belongs. Comedians reveal more truth than the regular news media just like ithey have done down thru history. GB supporters need to turn a critical eye towards what you watch or get a Non-brainwashed friend to explain news "opinion" to you.
Which Rightwing or FOX news should I beleive?
The one that says Obama is a Muslim?
Or the Obama whose Christian pastor is accused of being prejudice?
The Obama who bailed out the rich by the tune of $85 BILLION?
Or the Obama who is trying to redistibute America's wealth to the poor & middle class in a Communist move?
The Obama who wants gvnrmnt to take over the banks, car companies & health care?
Or the Obama who lets the bankers keep their jobs & health insurance companies stay in charge of the health care industry?
The Obama who was born in America by evidence of his birth certificate on the internet, reported his birth in 2 Hawiian newspaper the day he was born & shown to the news media when they were flown to look at the original?
Or the Obama whom "someone" had the insight to know this Kenya born child would grow up to be the President of the USA?
The Obama who wants to take your guns (just ask Bachman/Palin Overdrive)?
Or the Obama who knows NO ONE could EVER take back the gazillions of guns in American's hands? So many that we out number all military/police/militia/etc that it's laughable to even consider unless you are a paranoid half wit.
Which Obama should I take seriously?
Or maybe I'll just not take anything GB, FOX or anyone they rely on to discredit the Pres. when we just got rid of the worst Pres. in our history since his father?

I've recently started listening to Glenn Beck. Became an insider. Got my hands on archives going back years. This man has been nothing less than a modern day prophet with his predictions concerning the current financial meltdown.

All I can say is refuse to listen at your own peril.

Nearly the entire population of the country does not believe what the Truthers believe. Does that make us all a part of the conspiracy? Of course not. No rational person would make such a claim. Although you just did.

What if the whole Truther movement is a creation of the Progressives to control the people they know will blindly follow it out of hate? Is that a possibility? That you Truther's are being used like pawns? I think you are.

Keep you looking for nonexistent conspiracies and they can divert your attention from the real ones. I think that is the real truth.

Anyway, what you are saying is that if someone does not believe the same as you on one issue, they are always wrong. Don't you see the complete lack of logic in that?

Look at Ron Paul, who published and signed many openly Racist Newsletters many years ago. Now, many years later he has many followers who willingly ignore his past or justify it by pointing out he is right about other things. Does that make his supporters Racist also? Of course not. They support him for other reasons that have nothing to do with his Racist past.

I don't know Becks ultimate intentions, but I do know your argument is silly at best, Party propaganda at worst.

Your post is really not worth the effort to reply to, but here goes.
See I too can insult you.

If you had read my posts, you would see that I am not defending Glen Beck, but asking posters to back up their argument with facts refuting Becks statements. LET'S SEE THEM!

My political leanings are very slightly to the right of center and lean towards less government. I can look at all sides.

Glen has said many times that this is not a matter of being Democrat or Republician and both sides should be checking things out.

I guess, when you have no real information to present, then you start attacking the messenger with personal inflammatory remarks. Your tactics read straight from the textbook, use emotional charged attacks. I am sorry I have to stoop to your level.

I know, explains why you ignore all my posts that give information and ask a variety of questions on the nature of this being revealed.

But like I said, that would be inconvenient for you to recognize and mention.

Glen Beck and his enormous popularity is exactly what this country deserves. Remember that George Bush was re-elected by an overwhelming majority, despite 9/11, WMD, Iraq, a failed Osama search in Afghanistan by only 15,000 troops, the Patriot Act, the illegal outing of Valarie Plane, and the list goes on and on.

There is a rising Evil in the world that no longer hides behind the facade of unregulated capitalism, free markets, "democratic" elections, and corporate funding of campaigns. We the people cannot resist the tide. We are slaves and will remain so for the rest of our lives.

Glen Beck provides a real service to us. We need hope as we lose our jobs, our houses, our IRAs, and our families.

You sure read a lot into what I said, that I did not say. I think they call that dis-info.

I don't care what you or anyone else want to believe about Glenn Beck.

I meerly stated for the good of those who haven't already "drank the Glenn Beck Kool Aid", my observations of his past manipulations.

I'm fully aware some "fans" find that dishartening...

Well all I can say is if certain people posting under this topic do not listen to Becks broadcast over the next two weeks, they cannot form a valid opinion of the subject, so why are you posting?

Are you part of the NWO?

I have neither the time nor the inclination. Its best you do your own homework and educate yourself. The membership is pretty affordable and archives are readily available on the internet in many locations.

Still waiting for hard evidence.

I watched part of the Glen Beck video (2) and find it difficult to follow the position of the posters on this forum. When Bush (G.W.) said "no new borders" and suggestions of the NWO coming to fruition, the reaction was "no way". Now, when it is suggested that the cards be reshuffled to deal out the wealth with a more equal distribution, this forum has the same response "no way".

The system as it stands is corrupt. So how does it get fixed. Certainly not more of the same.

Glen Beck is clueless which is why he is soliciting help. He was probably surfing ATS for topics to present on his show. How is it a conspiracy when the people he names have made public declarations. Glen Beck has yet to suggest a remedy or a position because he is happy with the way things are because he is a spokesperson for the "elite" who will use the common folk to do their fighting for them. His goal is to stir up people for ratings.

Everyone knows what's wrong, but, nobody knows how to fix it and any ideas of change get labeled conspiracy.
