Unfortunately, no matter their motives, government employees given legal privileges to do those things aren't committing any crimes. It's the loophole in the 'invasion of privacy' law, and government officials do occasionally use that loophole to an advantage.

Fair enough, I now retract my statement that these guys should be punished. They merely found a loophole with their computer skills and used it to their advantage. I now see no problem with that, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Since these (former) employees are now indicted on charges, they might as well just reveal everything they found. Surely, they copied everything over to a usb key chain. If they end up doing the time, they should get full benefit of their crime.

How about you start with your full name, SSN number(whatever the Austrailian version of that is), your address, phone number, a photo of your birth certificate taken at various angles, and how about the full names of all your family members.

Thanks for providing just about all the evidence required to prove that obama is now the dictator so many of you on the left were so afraid Bush would become.

Obama is "above" all of us. He asks people to swear allegiance to himself and not the country (recall the infamous "I swear" video). You are criminally charged if you try to look at anything in his past. He is free to repeatedly say one thing and do another and anyone who doesn't like it is a racist and/or a terrorist.
