This symbol is from Henderson's Taekwondo background. Checkout the Poomsae Koryo it is the initial starting position.

Nope...

It is the symbol for:

MMA Lab - His Gym (The A of LAB is a triangle)
The Gracie BJJ School (The logo of all Gracie Schools is a triangle)
and it has religious undertones (The Holy Spirit according to him)

Like someone else said, Diamond Dallas Page used to do this. I even remember him suing JayZ over it, but I guess he lost. I remember a similar thread a few years ago when some random "celebrity" did the sign.

Benson Henderson obviously wasn't using his Mind Meld technique the night he almost got his head "Showtimed" off his shoulders by Anthony Pettis. Either that, or Pettis has more mighty powers than teh illuminati.

Makes sense when I googled it came across this video where he mentions the gym and throws up the sign.
