Well according to popular esoteric history and various people you may find it's the other way round.....

considering a large majority if taxes from the USA go back to the UK via the IMf....

They cant disclose much because then they would have to admit we have are own gravity wave propulsion craft used by Black Operations, such as the B2 bombers.
