I know nothing except for what i have seen on the Internet. However, i do have one question?

Does anyone here think the sun is awfully white and dull in the daytime?
Now, its been about 5 days that i notice a change. Even with "blue" skies, there is a darkness, i cant really explain it, but its there....

As promised, here are but just a few of the sunset sequences. I have many more. Even more have been discarded. None of these photos have been edited, nor cropped. I'm posting links to my media portal rather than imbedding photos, as they are fairly large.

8 MAY 2009

2 APR 2010

4 APR 2010

8 MAY 2010

I often try to frame the sun photos in coconut palm trees, so if I'm lucky enough to catch a green flash, it is framed in something semi-interesting, rather than just a green spot on a flat horizon. Today looks pretty clear, so far. If it remains clear, I'll go out on the bay this evening -- just for you and in the interest of science -- and take photos from the dock over the sea......... no trees.

I have been indulging my green flash hobby for the better part of four years. I have never, EVER seen anything unknown near the sun nor anywhere else. I'll often take as much as 100 photos in a single sitting, and discard most of them. I'm acutely aware of lens flares, cloud diffractions and even sun shining though holes in thin, distant cloud layers.

Y'know, I don't usually tell people when I'm starring or flagging, but in this case, I'm breaking my rule. Giving you a flag, as I'd like your thread to be visible/active for anyone who wants to see clear sky sun photos. Plus, I think you went to a good deal of trouble to create your OP, even though I disagree with the premise, and that's flagworthy also.

Hopefully will add to these photos tonight or tomorrow, weather permitting.

cheers

Heya DG! Well, I notice a dullness to the sun's appearance when there is a lot of water vapor (more than normal) in the air. Notice next time if the edge of the sun also looks somewhat "fuzzy" or indistinct. I would be on water vapor. If you look at 2 APR 2010 photo that I posted above, that is the reason for the different gradients of color on the sun, as well as the muted overall saturation of color.

So if this "planet, brown dwarf" or whatever its being called is that big. Don't you think there would be some kind of pull on the earth? Just asking cause I know there have been some earth quakes, but if it is as big as ur pics show don't you think the earth will be shaking franticly everyday as it gets closer.
The "chemtrail" idea as well, why would the government spend all this time in an attempt to cover this up. None of it makes any sense.

The photo's prove nothing. I've seen clouds like that plenty of times. All it is, is that the sun is shining through openings in the clouds.

Please remember that it is only visible on certain days.

I hope you were saying that tongue-in-cheek. If not, please understand that any orbital body (star, planet, etc.) that is visible from one location on the Earth will be visible from any location on the Earth. Further, if such a body were so close and large as to be characterized as a "second sun", that it would not have a retrograde motion such that it were only visible on certain days.

If it is visible on certain days, that would indicate at\

mospheric phenomena, rather than an actual physical orbital body.

Links to my photos to follow shortly.

It could be locked in an opposite orbit to the Earth, with the Sun in between making it almost always invisible. Changes within the sun could cause changes to it's orbit, which could make it visible on occasion. When these changes get drastic enough, which could be every 3600 years or so, it's orbit could get changed enough to exert tremendous influence on earth, it's gravitaional sister. I would never say never.

I believe the cloud assessment to be the most astute. It clearly is just a circular section of thin cloud.

I have been researching this phenomena for 6 months.
Seeing it nice and clear with my own eyes thru my kitchen window is what spurred me to research it.
It is an INCREASING phenomena that seems to be making its way around the net.You tube has heaps of vids but you must sort thru some junk,as usual.
Goggling TWO SUNS or two suns at sunrise/sunset.
People on discussion boards talking of it also.
Lots of good pics and vids have been removed over the time i have looked into it.But do not dismiss this without some research.

They are called "sun dogs" or false suns, made from reflecting ice crystals.

THere alot of these pictures

Beside that out planet havnt been affected by the gravity of the "incomming" planet/sun whatever it is..

Wow, those reports are really flooding in. Even Nibiru2012 is convinced and that's saying something. NWO1111 thinks the government is hiding it but Reptilian616 believes some other organization is behind the cover-up. He's even suggested, dare I even speak it...aliens are to blame. One thing's for certain though. Someone doesn't want us to know about the extra sun in our solar system because if that information were to fall in the hands of the public...well, we'd probably be like, "Hey, this isn't right, man." Yeah, it all makes perfect sense now.

Many years ago, I saw 2 suns on several occasions. I've even seen 3! It's an optical effect present in certain weather conditions. This is a rubbish video. Also, Nibiru or whatever when it appears will be RED.

If that is in fact Nibiru or planet x wouldn't we have been dead by now? Judging from the pictures & the size of the alleged planet it seems quite close, it would've already caused disasters because of the gravitational force/pull...

It is only just beginning. The volcano in Iceland, the uptick of Earthquakes, and let's not forget the magnetic fields of the Earth shifting.

Please explain this so-called "cloud theory" with this photo then. Colors inverted so you can see 2, I repeat, TWO SPHERES. Where is the optical illusion in this? If you can't see it at first, try tilting your monitor a little. That's not the handy work of glare off the clouds, nor is it a sun dog, or refraction of light.

Firstly, LOL.
Secondly,

This is not 2 suns, these pictures were taken through the clouds which are (very obviously) varying in thickness.... When the sun shines from behind a thin white cloud it makes the cloud appear extremely bright, this is a picture of a cloud with a thin spot... How have you never seen this with your own eyes? You never look up?

Why couldn't the photographer wait until the clouds moved out of the way? Or waited until the next day of clear skies? Does Niburu only appear when it wants to?

EDIT: Just read some previous posts, glad others aren't falling for this BS.

I posted this thread a while back :

Shaunys Findings....With Pictures...

So, I am not alone eh......

To be fair, i started a thread, and could only see these things at a certain time of day, as I did in the thread above.

was the same time of the day, I could see other bodies.

I posted this in search of opinions, not opinions laced with name calling or goading. Obviously, it's still better than GLP, but hell, guess the trolls are out everywhere.

en.wikipedia.org...

You're sourcing people who also block out portions of the sky with their software (WikiSky) as did GoogleSky, and MicrosoftWWT... (ALL blocked the supposed coordinates of where Nibiru was located) I wonder why they did that!?

[edit on 12-5-2010 by 1990teg4dr]

Honestly, do you believe anything that you read that validates the theories you follow?
I'd love to see you map the entire sky with no errors.

Please explain how we have felt no gravitational effects from a twin sun coming into our solar system.

Its threads like these that make we want to quit coming to ATS.

Mr 1990, do you take yourself seriously?

There is only 1 sun and there aren't any reports flooding in, other than the imaginary ones that you see, like the second sun you see.

ats is going down the toilet obviously, when threads like this make the homepage
