People like this brought an end to slavery and American independence. People like this melted their children putter toys into bullets to fight the British, Oh ya BTW people like this fought for the 2nd amendment! Perhaps your right maybe only REAL Americans should live here, I hear Mexico is nice this time of year, you should visit.
those people didnt go spraying people with bullets like this guy said he wanted to. you seem to forget that tons of people who own guns, and many gun owners are paranoids. Gun ownership for citizens should require passing a credit, criminal and a mental health check.

You are a scary individual...a credit check to buy a gun? What in the world does your credit score have to do with the right to bear arms? What if you are someone who chooses to not own a single credit card?
A mental health check to own a gun? And by WHO? The Government? Yeah right....
People like you really scare me.

Gun ownership for citizens should require passing a credit, criminal and a mental health check. Clearly this entire mess could be avoided if this kind of safeguard to protect our freedom was still in place.
I never heard of a CEO going into a fortune 500 company and shooting up the place.
But I always hear about dangerous poor people who get fed up with working hard and break under the pressure of earning a living only to go into work and shoot the rest of the people who are climbing the corporate ladder to make america a better place for you and me.
Lets all hope future legislation to bar people below a certain income from owning guns is put into place. Also the background and mental tests and neighbor testimony is an excellent way to set up a safe system. Neighbors tend to know eachother and they know if their american enough or not, people who dont support our country and our government are terrorists.
You should ask a lawyer if hiring a lawyer is an admission of incompetence or inability to manage one's own affairs. When an attorney appears in court to answer charges laid against himself, he almost invariably appears with counsel other than himself. Why? Ask a lawyer and he will tell you..... Any man who represents himself in court has a FOOL for a client!
"His first duty is to the courts and the public, not to the client. And where ever the duties of his client conflict with those, he owes as an officer of the court in the administration of Justice, the former must yield to the latter."
"Clients are also called 'wards of the court' in regard to their relationship with their attorney."

i take it you must have a masters or higher in mental health! so do you understand the number of people of higher class and higher society that are seeing a mental health doctor or professional in ratio to say middle class or low class? this is about our rights in america going down the tubes because the higher class so thinks it's ok! gun ownership is and should always be by choice! i don't see this guy to be a ted kysynski but i some time think that he was working as a gov't agent back then and was the beggining of fake reality tv.

Bush may be out of office but come time for elections we can cast votes for true patriots who are all all from the upper class, and can be looked up to as icons that we can all be proud of for their hard work and dedication.
Oh dear.

You should try and make your trolling more subtle, I'm sure you would generate more luls for yourself that way.

What is a real american?
People who work hard and believe in truth. I dont mean bus boys or mechanics or other people who are at the bottom... Luckily there are people who speak truth to power like Glenn Beck and Anne Coulter.

Freedom cant be silenced and owning a gun should be made a right not a privilege.

Hmmm.
So you don't agree with my statements. You are correct, lawyers are a lying bunch and should not be trusted fully.
Do you think that showing up in court with a lawyer is an admission of incompetence and not being able to handle your affairs properly (to the point that it is okay for the government to put you in the loony bin and force medication on you)?
That is the issue that I was addressing.
