Reasons for the Gulf Oil Well Sabotage (Increase the value of the dollar)

To increase global confidence in the dollar

1) To prove to the world that America has tremendous untapped oil reserves (We used up most of the resources of other nations over the years, while we sat/sit upon vast untapped reserves right here in the homeland and in Iraq and potentially Iran)

2) To divert attention away from a failure of the greek financial system (DC based IMF being sent in to stabilize Greece)

3) To break the spirit (Final nail in the coffin) and of the 1st bank of grandma and grandpa and cause them to release control of the reins and invest thier savings in America's future instead of worrying about thier own future survival.

Don't forget that 6 weeks ago Mr. Obama left his parties side and went against his campaign promise on the subject of offshore drilling. No more than 3 weeks later this happened. This is nothing more then a cover to ban future drilling.

When oil prices sky rocket, people will beg for offshore drilling.

I am noticing a change in peoples attitudes towards energy sustainability. They want re-newable energy. They want new technologies, they want better, they are open to change.

Most people look like they have been run over by a mac truck these days.

The war upon the population is progressing well.

Before long they'll demand balanced budgets, common sense and accountability again.
