Why Is This Not Being Done To Clean The Oil?

Now tell me with all the millions spent in research over the years to clean up spills of the kind we have going on right now.. nobody has thought of a simple method such as this?!?

I am sure the process would have to be tweaked a bit.. but the idea is sound.

Would love to get your impression on this and quite frankly, I think this needs some exposure.
