Are There Really 57 Types of Alien?

When researching the extent of contact Earth scientists have had with extraterrestrials, it's all but impossible to distinguish the claims that seem in every way genuine and those who appear to have been fabricated for the purpose of receiving money and/or fame. One claim that seems difficult to accept is the "57 alien species claim" made by several internet forums. Makes for Interesting reading so thought i would share. 57 types sounds too large a number if you ask me why would 57 types visit us maybe 1 or 2 but not 57.

An interesting read. I remember hearing the 57 alien species thing from a former (Air Force?) official during that convention/conference with the UN or congress a few years back....which never amounted to anything really.

Are the names of the races listed anywhere?

What makes you think there are 57?

Ive only ever known of the Reptilians, Insectoids, Pleadeians and the Greys.

There's 57 types of aliens where I work, I know that for a fact because none of them know their ass from a hole in the ground...

But seriously, you really need to take a look at where this stuff is coming from and who is making these claims.

I think it comes down to whether or not you believe the many sources out there regarding ET.

Ever read the book Disclosure by Greer? If not, I highly recommend it.

57 is because there are several species of grey and a number humanlike. a number of reptile species 1 of these even claimed to started life right here on Earth.

My guess is that there's MANY more than 57, probably countless numbers but we've only identified 57 thus far.

I would say that that is a bit much considering that as a species we have not officially accepted that we are not alone in the Universe YET.

I can recognize a few of those names that are more along the lines of urban legend and folklore. I'm not saying there couldn't be that many in fact there are probably hundreds if not thousands or more real ones out there in the trillions of stars but. I think that list should really be reduced down.
