Was digging around and ran upon our old sock puppet friend aaron81. Its from 2006 and the only reason I'm posting it is to show the character of the man.
Blatant lies and a underhanded agenda's back then and continuing today with this most recent hoax. I post it to try and understand him and all I can think of is it has to do with fame and money. Unless this new religion teaches you that its ever man for himself but smile while you do it. I just don't get it.

Hi Rich,

Just trying to put the NASAJudy radio astronomy story to bed for good. Still waiting on a reply from SETI but am confident of a reply from Freedom of Information. Sent her CV with titles and dates along with the request.

Guess I got up on the wrong side of the bed today. I'm so tired of going to blogs,forums,and book review sites, where herschel is being discussed and someone always shows up slinging links to hiddenrecords or praising his work.
Its different if someone says "good book" or such, but to idolize the man in wild rants kills me. When (what I believe) that sock puppet appeared on CNN I blew a fuse and decided to take action. On sites where you control content there's not much you can do but on other sites (especially main stream media) they tend to frown on self promotion using their sites to manipulate an agenda.

My agenda is that they lied and brought that lie out for public consumption on their own and I want as many people as possible to know their game and back it with facts and truth. I knew someone that was taken by people like this and I guess that's what lit my torch.

Hi, I haven't posted here in a while, my previous comments were in a Fatima related thread a year or so ago but I saw the Herschel video yesterday and was initially impressed.
It's taken the guts of a day and a half, between one thing and another, to go through this whole thread but I finally have and I have a couple of observations which haven't been 'clearly' opined yet.

First, Herschel and Judy are almost certainly friends even though there's an almost schizophrenic nature to the false invitations and conversations between them. I wonder if they might even be the same person?

Secondly, I think, as a previous posted has mentioned, disinformation definitely occurs all the time but this case smacks purely of self promotion which I find very disappointing as I think some of what Herschel says seems to warrant further study: I would be inclined to see at least some connection between his Hiram 'map' and pyramid glyphs.

To finish, I wonder if any of the regular posters to this thread feel that all he says is disproven and false and do you feel that his entire hypothesis is already dead?

hi mate, judy and wayne are definitely not the same person BUT. a lot of us feel they are probably friends from their youth in south africa, AND i personally think they may even be related, they have quite a good resemblance of each other when you study all their pictures.

and as for waynes book, ive learnt enough about wayne and his claims to know that the book isn't worth the paper its printed on, it has failed miserably in most countries and not because of anyone trying to stop it as wayne likes to claim, wayne has no credentials whatsoever and has pretty much just picked up where people like zecharia sitchin and erich von danikan left off.

these books including waynes are pretty much made up of a tablespoon full of facts mixed in with a 9kg bag of b.s!, if you take the time to do as much searching and research as we have and carefully read every link you will see that a lot of waynes work has already been debunked, and you will also see that wayne spends a lot of time bending facts and truths to add credence to his work and claims.

wayne also deletes any criticism or awkward questions from his websites and you tube videos and spends the rest of the time posting stuff himself under different names to make himself look good and try and generate sales!.

wayne has been up to every trick in the book to try and sell his rubbish to the masses but its failed, not because its full of startling revelations that governments want to supress but because its full of rubbish wild fantasies that are written by a very untrustworthy nobody that somehow thinks everyone is stupid but hes some sort of enlightened messiah.

also between a few of the regular posters we have found out other things that we can't or won't post at this time for various reasons, and i personally have a very good article that destroys waynes claims about the vatican city that is written by a real historian and anthropologist, so take my advice and don't waste your money on waynes book.

hi dave, unfortunately the article in question is not available anywhere, it was specifically written to me in regards to this thread and waynes claims and at this moment in time i do not have permission to post it or share it!.

the author does not want to be seen attacking wayne for no apparent reason because he is a highly respected person in a good position and holds a good reputation.

i may get permission to post it in the future but only when the author decides it is warranted, i have a great deal of respect for the person in question and absolutely will not break his trust by posting anything that is not agreed to.

when i get time, i will post a few facts that i learned from the article which show flaws in waynes theory.

I can't speak for the other posters, however I will put in my two-cents and try not to rant.

Firstly, I don't believe Mr Herschel and Judy the same person. However I have to agree with the others in that there are too many coincidences and names in common for them not to have known, or at least know of each other. As to whether they collaborated to concoct this hoax, the jury is still out for me on that but Mr Herschel does not help his cause at all by contradicting himself and backtracking on some very basic information about Judy Faltskog, as I'm sure you've read.

Secondly (and personally), I initially found Mr Herschel's studies interesting. I came across his (and other) star map theories years ago when I was lurking around ATS and other paranormal sites and as a "beginner" it sounded exciting. But it was Mr Herschel's leap to a "mystery-star-home-to-extraterrestrials-who-were-the-architects-of-our-ancient-monuments", that he lost me. Especially when you begin to research the many scientific reactions and alternatives to his theories.
I don't think anyone here objects to his views on the subject - it's more the questionable way he promotes it.

To finish, I wonder if any of the regular posters to this thread feel that all he says is disproven and false and do you feel that his entire hypothesis is already dead?

I just find it hard to take him and his research seriously on any kind of level. And when you start to research the man himself, well that is when reality starts to bite. He disputes scientific evidence, thinks that Egyptologists are misunderstood and refuses to accept any constructive criticism of his work. Couple that with the emergence of his cult "oneism", the rigid way he controls any type of discussion and the unethical/distasteful way he promotes his books/websites and the picture starts to emerge. (Won't even comment on his support of Blossom Goodchild.) IMO he is a self-published (and in his own words) amateur with a penchant for sensationalism.

great post nettie and i totally agree with everything you just said. i personally was a blind believer when i was younger and just took most claims at face value because they sounded exciting and i just wanted it all to be true, i used to think along the lines that if someone had wrote a book about it or printed it in a magazine then it must have a bit of truth to it!!!

but i got older, wiser and far more knowledgeable, and now most of these theorys and claims on the conspiracy/paranormal just either make me laugh, yawn or shake my head in disbelief at the stupidity and gullibility of some people.

im not trying to say everything that claimed or theorised is untrue but most things just fall apart the moment you apply logical and scientific thought to them!.

I agree with the other posters about the paranormal and being open minded on most topics. After all you don't come to a site like this to get daily news even though the breaking news is usually correct and current. and you shouldn't (IMO) come here to be a debunk hero or a hoax presenter.

Whom of us did not want the alien signal to be true? That's what drew me in, contact.

But sadly it was a hoax that exploded into its own life with a trail of deceit and self promotion.

I felt let down and a little foolish at being taken advantage of by this story and its players. But it wouldn't die. The originators continued to deceive and others continued to debunk. I do not like Wayne Herschels and Judy Falkstog's agenda but I feel sorry for them in a small way. I will never forgive them for lying to us and I could never recommend his works or her words to anyone.
