Does any on know a website where you can compare DNA samples collected from Different species such as birds, amphibians, mammals, ect.

I already pointed you to the authoritative site. Yes you can compare sequences there. Yes, it will take a lot of time to learn. Yes, it will look 100% meaningless to you unless you're a geneticist (or something related).
