It's light reflecting from the two cars in the lane closest to the camera.

Watch the timing as they pass by.

Providing I'm looking at what is supposed to be the UFO.

There's a lot of other reflections and lens flares in there.

Where is the UFO supposed to be? I don't see anything but traffic.

At the top of the screen.. From what I can tell, the lights are unrelated to the traffic, but since they are so far from the camera, it is difficult to tell exactly what's going on.

I think it could be a/a few U.F.O's, but I think there could be a simpler explanation too, but I tell which because the footage is not exactly ideal.

Still, good find.

Nope. The light you refer to be carreflexions is stationary on the tower
Long before those cars apear..

Group hover and one takes a very quick flight to the right at an angle.
Professor named Oberth, von Braun's teacher, says there is a tilt to their flight.
I think they both made Foos or saucers in 1940s Germany and then in New
Mexico after 1945.

ED: Two Tesla star ships take angled flight to the right after popping
up into hover. If thats what the video wants to show.

Are you talking about the lights that go across the top right half of the screen just under the logo? Or, the car lights reflecting off of something on the left half of the screen? Lots going on in this video.

Funny (as usual) but where are the dozens and dozens of witness reports and news coverage since this happened of a densely populated area? I would imagine there would be a lot of reports, don't you?

leads me to believe CGI.

You can clearly see a light shoot off to the right. As to where are the witnesses?; my experience is a) nobody gives a crap and b) most people don't look up.

Interesting to say the least. Yet is this the original unaltered footage?

Cameras combined with shiny things (lots of lights in this instance) can produce some unwanted visual effects, especially at night.

It is my first opinion that this is exactly that. It doesn't even have to be a light in view. It could be from a car or cars that never enter the scene. So many variables to exclude. Along with that, no eye witnesses. It was said no one cares or looks up... but we're talking a high population area here. Extreme population. In this instance it is not probable this is something flying in the frame.

My second opinion is that lots of things are possible and while I could find 100 light sources in that frame for interference that doesn't exclude something from really going on out of the ordinary. But light interference is most probable here.

On a related note:

With an estimated 30 million surveillance cameras in just the United States alone (www.popularmechanics.com...) why don't we see more videos just like this one? Of all those cameras there are tons and tons of traffic cameras, most viewable online by the general public.

I realize that most people don't set around and watch traffic cams for unusual activity and certainly do not record the feeds for later playback but with so many views of the sky it's possible, even probable, that someone somewhere sees SOMETHING that provokes further study... just as this video did.

And tying these two back together. Objects that far up in the sky at that distance they should not only have been seen by people but by several cameras and recorded. I don't know about that area but when I lived in North Carolina, both Charlotte and Raleigh had traffic cams that looked both ways at every exit. Anything visible from a south bound cam (unless it was very close and small) would be visible from the north bound cam at the next exit.

Just my thoughts...

I was not able to locate that traffic cam to obtain daylight footage for comparison. Everyone here realizes that Burbank Airport is near this location, right? Who was watching this cam so intently that they managed to spot the one split second that captured a stray UFO? Makes you wonder.

For you people who say it's a reflection I hope you seriously look again...Not saying it's not the governments but it is a flying vehicle of some sort...No way to alter a traffic cam.

OK.....here are my initial thoughts:

There is traffic close to the camera (out of the field of view of the camera) that is moving at 90 deg to the traffic on the main "freeway" that we can see.

That out-of-field traffic has stopped for a few seconds & then started moving again.

The fact it is closer to the camera explains the apparent visual "speed" of the objects.

We could check this via Google Earth, if we knew the location of the traffic camera from which this video was taken.

If I am wrong, perhaps it's aliens!

Nonsense! One "object" rises and parks itself. A second "object" rises and parks itself under the first object. Then the second object accelerates to the right and a few moments later the first "object" also accelerates to the right.

I can't correlate your description with what I'm seeing.

Are you looking at those 2 "objects" that become "stationary" & then "move off" to the right at "high speed"?
