Unable to log into BTS

When I try to log into BTS I get this error when I click Log In button

I have cookies enabled, tried both IE and firefox same thing. proof of cookies is that logging in and out of ATS works just fine. Cleared cache on both, even tried my laptop and get same problem. So I tried my ipod touch with safari... same problem...

so dunno

really doesn't matter just annoying.

Thanks for making this thread.

I couldn't log into ATS for the same reason - but it seems they have straightened it out.

Yes - same thing just happened to me with the same message.

Same thing happened to me. I thought the ban hammer had finally smacked me. Paranoia strikes deep, into your lives it will creep...

I even changed my password.

ditto, i was getting annoyed cause cookies were enabled!

Gremlins are out again it seems (ATS live joke )

Same here. I checked and my cookies were enabled, and was able to get on other sites requiring cookies, so knew the problem was here. Hit refresh six or eight times and it finally let me log in.

This happens to me often... I simply hit refresh and it is sorted!

Try it guys, it works for me.

Not really related, but I have a weird one when using a PC at work, I can log on and use ATS no problem, the company firewall doesn't let me see pictures and the ad's, but I can navigate the board no problem and browse the threads, even post, but if I click onto BST I get the message:

Web Page Blocked - URL Category

The website that you just tried to connect to:

www.belowtopsecret.com...

is part of a group of web pages categorised as:

Message Boards and Forums.

It's weird, you would have thought both ATS and BTS would be blocked, but the firewall seems to have no problem with ATS…hmmm.. maybe the IT guy's use ATS
