I'm Reluctant to Get a Job in Southwest Ontario

So I had an encounter with some cops and emergency workers and some minions today, and I was told "GET A JOB, GET A JOB" in pretty much no uncertain terms.

Well here's my Issue with that, fellas. As you already know, I'm kind of an [in]famous guy and I get harassed and provoked and threatened everywhere I go.

Is there any workplace around here where I would actually be safe from that Treatment?

Is there any place here in Southwest Ontario where I would be welcomed in and accepted instead of provoked and abused? Forgiven, instead of Tortured? Respected, instead of dissed and ridiculed?

Now I know that all of you pride yourselves on your passion for fighting evil and injustice. Each and every one of you are willing to give your life fighting a raging fire, or take a bullet while protecting innocent people or handling a domestic dispute.

And you wear that fact every day like a Badge of Honor on your sleeve.

And you know what? I do too, in my own way. I like to fight evil and injustice too, in my own way. And I'm willing to put my very life on the line too, you all know that.

It seems to me that instead of us all being at odds and trying to out-maneuver and out-intimidate and out-threaten each other - we should all be on the same side. We all share the same passion and the same goals. We all want the same things.

Now I may not be the best person to be out there on the front lines, fighting raging fires or handling domestic disputes or pursuing dangerous criminals. But, do you need a good computer guy? Or someone to work at a desk and do paperwork and process data?

Is there even a snowball's chance in hell that the next time I work up the courage to leave my humble apartment by the lake shore and walk down the street, that a cop car could just pull up and you guys could step out of the car and, offer me a job?

You know, if you can't beat em - join em?

I really hope to hear something soon.......

I got charged with "threat of terrorism" over here in northwest Iowa.
Since then I have been unable to get a job even after the charges were dropped due to the way people kneejerk to the word "terrorism."

Due to my experience, I know exactly how the Op feels.

Sorry, you are not really that famous. Please provide more details of why we should know you. Someone telling you to "get a job" is provoking and threatening you?

Hmm,

I have NO idea what you've done or what you've been through to be "infamous" among Southern Ontario, although I do have family there and prefer they seldom visit.

Please elaborate, I'm quite curious about your situation now.

It'd be interesting to know what you're infamous for. If you can't get a job maybe you should write a book about how you became infamous and try to win the respect of the place where you live.

Well, I really regret to say that I can be quite the heartbreaker. One by one they fell helplessly in love with me, and I cruelly rejected em, one after another.

And of course malicious gossip and slander campaigns have a way of taking on a life of their own, especially when they also find out you're some sort of lame wannabe superhero on ATS......

How to repair all the damage that's been done? It's probably not even possible. I guess I'll just have to live with the Daily Torture.

Sorry m8.

I have no clue who you are, don't care either.

You are just another lazy bum, with a lousy User Name.

Get your head out of your rear cleansing chute, an do something productive.

Like others have said, no idea what you've done or who you are - you certainly aren't that (in)famous.

As for work - no offense, but from all the people I've met who say, "There's no work, I can't get a job, people won't hire me 'cos I'm [insert reason here]" - it's because people have a standard they are not willing to drop.

Which to me, suggests they are not *that* desperate to work.

Thankfully, I've been employeed all my adult life so I cannot say I have "been there" - but a couple friends of mine who had fallen on hard times many years ago could not get work in their original fields. Did they choose something more menial like Mc D's or sanitation or something like that? No. It was "below" them, in their opinions, so one of them struggled for quite a long time (the other actually lucked out and got re-hired by his original firm 1 month later).

And if that's how they wanted to be, what can one say? At the end of the day, there is work out there - the real question is, are you willing to 'work' for it?

The issue certainly isn't laziness or unwillingness to work. I've done all kinds of dirty or gruelling physical-labor jobs in my time.

My issue is the malicious gossiping and WORKPLACE MOBBING and gang-stalking. Where can I go and what can I do to be safe from that Slow Torture?

Maybe the next time I leave my apartment and walk down the street some cops and firemen could pull up and explain it to me, because right now I'm feeling pretty hopelessly lost and also extremely, extremely pissed off about it............

Nobody knows who you are. Nobody knows what you've done. Nobody bothers you.

I think you're suffering from paranoid delusions.

So what exactly happened to you then?

You make it sound like the entire law enforcement community knows your personally and have some vendetta against you. I'm not really understanding what actually happened...?

It is commonly called Gang Stalking, "Organized Stalking", "Community Mobbing", "Workplace Mobbing", "Gaslighting" etc etc.

I don't know about ALL the cops and law enforcement but I'm very well aware that at least some cops, firemen, FBI/RCMP etc are in on it. And they also have a wide network of minions, rats, informants, thugs etc that they collude with.

I know many of the perps by name, or I remember where they work and what they look like.

I also have a big pile of money now.

Can't we all just, get along??
