Thanks for that... I asked because this video is getting many people in CA a little flustered, and I just wanted to be able to assure them.

Why does everyone refer to a CPOS video instead of explaining it themselves? Those hideous videos contain 100 words of explanation extended to 10 minutes of music and rally no information.
