Report: Syria, Hizbullah On Full Alert

I'm not trying to down play this because it's always good to be aware of potential hostilities, but when is Syria/Hizbullah not on full alert?

Then again, maybe this hype is all just part of Iran's war game?

They have been on high alert, with all of their out-of-country troops recalled for months now.

People fail to realize this, but what do you expect; it's ATS.

Yes, its a real shame people go to work, feed their families and struggle to survive instead of spending all day surfing the net for news. The creeps.

Why can't you simply share what you know without the insults?

you know in the grand scheme of things none of this matters. this is not going to start ww3. seriously guys i understand there is rising tension here but there will always be this tension. it will flare up and subside. its all just a game.

::just laughs:: Irans using speed boats....that vid was funny. The ship wasn't shooting back at them. If it was a US navy ship those fools would be greasy bits and pieces for sharks.

I remember Sadam saying he would wipe out the US forces. And look what happened to him, jiggling at the end of a rope.

Don't care who you are or how many troops you have, anyone goes up against the full force of the US military and there going to die.

You're deluded, and badly informed. In recent US military wargames, the retired general (do i HAVE to find a link?) who played the part of Iran beat the snot out of the US with these speedboats (MTB's). While the US was playing hide and go seek from the air, their carriers were smoked. Long way home, boys.

The only cannon fodder i see round here are US soldiers.

I can't see Syria having it out with Israel or Iran for that matter simply because I chose to follow the bible and it does not indicate this at this time.

Reason 1) Daniel 9:27 -A 7 year covenant was signed on 01/01/2007
Reason 2) Daniel 11:21 the next event that I can find is Syria moving out over the Mediterranean to attack Egypt (again). He will not succeed. Ships from Cyprus will stop him. He will be upset at the 7 year covenant (I believe it is the reason for the ships from Cyprus being there). Syria has intelligence about those who are not obeying the terms of the covenant. Arms rise up on his part (I believe this is Turkey) and take away the daily sacrifice and set up an abomination that causes desolation.) Etc etc...

Now this depends on the covenant that was signed being the one of Daniel 9:27. It fulfills this prophecy to a tee. Some will argue that this was to be a peace treaty but the word does not say that.

I read a non Christian article last night stating that Syria was meeting with Saudi Prince and Egypt to enlist their help concerning Israel. Daniel 11 says Egypt and Syria will lie to each other at the table.

Now my own thoughts are that Egypt eventually will not support Syria (though they might say they will) This may be the cause of Syria coming against Egypt to take hold of their manpower and weaponry.

Now this is what God's word says will take place within the next 2 or 3 months as Daniel 9:27 points to the midst of the 7 year covenant. Unless the angels of the Lord have been given other scriptures that are contrary, but I don't know of any.

The ordinary Iraqi people, (backed by the resources of the entire world) have fought the mighty US military to a complete stalemate for SEVEN YEARS.

That is longer than the entire World War Two.
