Lol,i like the way you making them look stupid.

Lets hope your pc can stand up to the wrath of a computer hacker. If you download any of these 'illegal files' with a virus embeded within it, it could then takeover your PC.

Look at hack forums these people know how to get past security.

Actually it is quite impossible to infiltrate my computer. If i restart it, it goes back to factory settings, I work of an external hard drive haha, so my operating system is uncorruptable by any virus. Just restart and all my hacker worries go away. Ive been using p2p for years now and still no virus, if I think I have a virus, i just restart my computer and it automatically gets deleted. The OS goes back to factory settings. I dl my file to my external use it do whatever with it, its really really hard to attack my computer.

Ha, yeah, let them try to get past my proxy's, firewalls (self written) and encoding procedures (self written).

Also, there's plenty of ways around this, without knowing anything about programming or networking systems.

Simply rename the file and move it to an external drive or burn to disc.

Personally, I don't download too many movies or much music, but I download a tonne of TV shows. Stuff we either don't get here in the UK, or that we get about 6 months after the US (can you believe V has only just started here? And Caprica isn't even being announced!).

any firewall on the planet. How they did this
was they gave the code to all firewall manufacturers
and had the trojan added to the safe list OR
either ordered it NOT to be considered a threat
by the software itself. I think this was part of
the source coding done under the Patriot Act.

Has anyone else heard of this??
or did I hallucinate this article??

Yeah, I heard of this too, which is when I decided to start writing my own security software. Takes a bloody long time on your own, but if you have the ability, I'd recommend it.

If all this is the case then I'd like ALL my details completely written off these government records they keep of me. Especially the ones they give away to 3rd parties as a means of profit, because I didn't remember giving my consent for my details to either be logged or sold by the very same people pulling this scam.

may be so.. but I'd really like to see them try and put it on my computer, or enforce any of this crap. if MS and big bro decide to allow this im moving over to linux, they can shove their MS windows and that spyware where the sun dont shine.

Ahahahaha!

There are gonna find a huge backlash if this is implemented, and they know it.

All IP's they are trying to "infiltrate" from will be posted online in seconds.
al well as locations of the spyware.

they will get torn to shreds,

Internet Piracy is HUGE movement. It's bigger than you realise. Everyone is on their side.

Doesnt matter if it slips through firewall, it will be found. and you can be sure it will be well known how to get rid of this pesky thing.

HA! I for one welcome them to try.. they wont find a single thing, I think they underestimate us(normal computer users and computer whizzes alike) 90% of my files are not even on my computer. as that takes up way too much space. And even the 10% that are on my computer i can hide, and I know dozens of ways to hide/conceal/disguise files.

lol if they somehow suceed in implementing this, the headline on the morning news will read : "Single largest DDOS attack in the history of the internet was carried out last night on the RIAA file monitoring servers, hackers suspected"

Yes but. if they really wanted you have no chance.

even the gutmann method doesnt make things impossible to retrieve. i have used free software and recover files from this.

Yes but ddos, is only temporary. anyone can do it.

Though these call to arms provide a good distaction. for good hackers.

not me though I aint got a clue...

Linux has plenty of holes too. If someone wanted they could create great spyware for linux. the only reason people dont often do it is because its too small a target compared to windows users.

that is true yes, but i reckon they'd get the message to not mess with us. ddos would only be the start of things to come.

yeah I cant see this happening. Imagine how much money something like that would cost and anyway like someone else has mentioned, you could just use linux which would also make microsoft lose money. Won't happen.

The world is getting even more crazy. I would advise people to have a computer totally offline, and make sure it is an older type system, so no wireless.

The ptb are a joke, and buch of hypocrites.

If they work out a way to get through peoples firewalls. Won't they essentially be connected to our computers and wide open on those ports?
