the purpose of war (besides making the rich richer - yada yada yada) is to defeat your enemies. Now it appears that the US is following the method of the Mongols "they created a desert and called it peace". Unfortunately our weapons don't kill as fast, as cleanly or as completely. Our weapons are creating an open sore and the survivors are learning that you don't need a nuke for terror. The US has taught them that dirty is better for terror.

At the same time, in a six year period after the NATO bombing a number of newly registered cancer cases has more than doubled – from 185 in the year 2000 to 398 new diagnosis in 2006.

“We, the doctors know what it is, politicians are silent to please their mentors. But the people are in the worst position as there are new cancer cases among young persons every day,” says doctor Srbljak, adding that the data on health statistics of Albanian population is completely unavailable.

It should be noted some of these problems are beginning to manifest in Afghanistan as well. It's simply not as concentrated an area as the one shown in the OP though. Strangely enough, I've been hearing of some issues concerning births in the U.S. as well. It's just not something widely discussed outside of military communities. The defects themselves aren't as extreme as those seen in Iraq but nonetheless I've heard a few women talk about the illnesses their children are having which mirror those of their husbands who had developed illnesses after going to war. There was a similar outbreak after the first gulf war as well.

When you no longer have any enemies you have to manufacture them. If you read 1984 it is all in there. We have also done this over time, creating 'terrorists' as well as arming Iraq. They are afraid if we don't have any boogeymen then we might all realize we need to fight the corrupt tyrannical 'elites' (PTB,ultra-rich, whatever) of our own country!

I stopped reading when you're hyper-liberal, anti-U.S. website started listing significant numbers of photos of Harlequin fetus' as caused by DU rounds.

Though I also enjoyed a large lack of sources on quotes and statistics in your post.

I won't debate that some cities, notably Fallujah are experiencing birth defects, but blaming this on the U.S. is idiotic and speaks volumes to your ignorance of facts and blatant disregard of reality for the sake of attacking a country.

The weapon of modern warfare are engineered to kill. By every country that uses / manufactures them. Consequently, no one cares if the manufacture or use of the weapon kills. Why should they?

You want to be a hippy and decry war, do that.
But don't attack a country in particular.
And don't do it in a forum dedicated to Weaponry. This isn't the place to get angry about war and whine about its affects, this is a place to discuss the phenomena.

I wonder what you would think if you see tomahawk missiles crashing in your backyard, ofcourse its americas fault, i was present at the belgrade tv station when it was beeing tested for radiation, 5 years later that building was still contaminated, dont even get me started on all the children and civilians you murdered while bombing serbia, you will feel compassion when the same happens to your country, when its your children bleeding on your soil.
