The Obama birther issue is NOT a hoax. Why would Obama spend millions hiding his college records and HIS birth certificate if he wasn't as guilty as sin! You don't spend over $2 million hiding records UNLESS you have a LOT to hide. Get real people. Why can't OBAMA (Barry Soetoro) produce the long form birth certificate that shows the doctor that delivered him in Hawaii!

Im unsure whether it was a joke or not but there is little to nothing the courts can demand of Obama because the issue was already dealt with. He presented his birth certificate, the state of Hawaii confirmed that he was born there, he has done just as much as the last 43 presidents have.

The birthers demand that he show more documentation but neither they nor anybody else for that matter has the constitutional standing to do so and thats a simple fact. Until somebody brings solid evidence that Obama was not born in US, that doesnt mean what he/she said, that doesnt mean fake Kenyan birth certificates. Evidence can be Kenyan health department officials confirming as well that his on records (Obama jnr, not snr), that means the Hawaiian officials including health director Fukino who has access to the records to take back her declaration that Obama was born there. Until evidence in a similar nature to those are presented birthers have little to not standing over the matter, and huffing and puffing will not change that.

As for the comments here regarding the fact the issue won't die. The issue won't die because birthers keep on bring it up, because they cannot get over the elections. I cannot insist on posting thread after thread daily about big foot and then insist the issue won't die! It's because I won't let the issue die and this is the same case for birthers.

But I would like to see birthers get their time in the supreme court, but it'd just end up with their case being dismissed for the reasons I had clearly stated above. They have no constitutional standing on the matter, without the evidence ofcourse.

This claim has been made by so many birthers and yet none of you have provided any sources for it. Why make a claim that Obama is spending millions when you have no evidence of such? His short form birth certificate was enough, it was verified by Hawaiian officials in addition to that and Fukino confirmed his birth in Hawaii on July of last year. If you refuse to believe the above, I dont know who your trying to convince here that you will be any different if he shows a long form with more information. People like you will always have an issue because you just cant get over the elections.

Obama even said he was "born in Africa" during one his Senator campaign stops in Chicago.

The Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth of Obama has OHSM 1.1 (Rev 11/01) at the bottom. What that means is the copy is a newer form created in a modern software. His actual Birth Certificate SHOULD have a control number in the top right hand corner as he was born in 1961.
A "Certificate No." is not the original document number.
