I dont want to let this nice thread die out so i will post now s.th. and hope somebody will participate here.

As for the idea of the mixtape i would like to ask you ATSers what you think about. Maybe i will start a new thread for it the next weekend(more people on). So we can discuss the rules and make an announcement to all Hiphop like artists on the board. I would like to make it an open source project where everyone can participate its skillz. We should need a jury to get the best out of it.
Maybe there is an mod outhere who is interested in this project for maybe supervising it.

so it´s your take. What do you think?

Hey if u start another thread ill participate. However I just haventseen that much interest in hip hop here on ats. Maybe I haven't met the right ppl?

We need to bring it up to the Hot or Top list, so the whole community can see...

If we get maybe... twenty rappers from different countrys toghether, a producer for mastering, a dj for mixing and some grafic artists it should reach...

Maybe ATS itself is interested in a project of this value, i mean its for us truthseekers. They could help to support the idea...

Any thoughts from the mods?

that's a good idea. You obviously know way more about this then i do. I cant even figure out the fruity loops(although i have not invested that much time into it yet due to work etc). But I would love to participate in something like this. so what's the course of action?

In the moment i have much work to do. Now im in a recording session in a friends studio. Were working on two songs for a multinational hiphop-reggae sampler.
Tomorrow i give a workshop and have a meeting with a club owner.
Im working on a new concept for a monthly hiphop jam, what means i have to write a concept + business plan, organize artists, sponsoring, local media meetings, design grafix for flyer and poster and much more.
Then im member in the "HipHop Academy Hamburg" where we record an official album, and have promo gigs this weekend.
Also i work on my debut album "fire" and a promo ep. Then i have a second album (called "Styluminati") in progress with a known US artist.
Also i have much gigs and meetings with potential clients.
In may im going to a seminar for existencefunding.
So my time relative rare to be the head of a project like this.

I think i will post a thread @ friday evening when the bigger traffic starts.
Then we´ll see how much interest is there and if ATS staff isnt interested in it i think it will be hard to obtain this project.
But i will stay on it!
