The underlying force?

I read somewhere that if an electron is moved on earth that an electron at the ends of the universe is aware of it and will act accordingly. Don�t know if its true or not. However if it is�since we�re energy and made of electrons, it seems we would have access to this same awareness somehow. Its just a thought.
If its true, we could then sense things happening in other parts of the world and the universe. Of course, that beckons the question, how do we get in touch with the subatomic �force� that makes up ourselves.
