Is the US blackmailing Russia into our war against terror?

Perhaps for sanctions against Iran...

If the west is ignoring the killing of Caucasus Russian's in N.Ossetian, Ingushetia & Chechnya (if attributed to be equivalent of the civilian casualties in Afghanistan... but could also be interpreted by western media as slaughter or worse) in the Caucasus regions, and in response backing the terrorists there (i.e. the recent subway bombings), and/or at least responsible for the increase in drugs, esp. heroin from Afghanistan that is killing 10's of thousands of Russian's.

And therefore pushing Russia into OUR war against Islamic terror in order to prevent our criticism against their own atrocities, and to further western agenda against Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc...
