Which fictional characters that being both Carnivorous and Cannibalistic plus he/she is Evil Genius(usually smarter than our heroes, but their intellects usually makes up lacks of their Physical Abilities)?

Don't know if Hannibal Lecter fits that "profile"...
Anyway, Hopkins is an amazing actor, and he did the part as Lecter very well.
This video is, lets say a little "morbid"...
