Is HAARP being used to create a shield against Nibiru???

As long as we cannot see Nibiru, it does not materialise in our dimension.

How weird is that, before seeing this article, I came to exactly the same conclusion. I thought to myself, why control weather, this looks like some kind of shield technology, but for what purpose?

This morning I posted an article about asteroid collisions which included a survival guide, now I have read this. Any amateur astronomers on here? might be a good idea to start scanning the skies, something is going on.
