ALERT!!!!!!! Provost Marshals serve governors

it is Official !! Provost Marshalls with 3 de jeur appointed Guardians will serve Notice to the Governors, Key Staff and Cabinet Members of all 50 States that this country is immediately returning to De Jeur Common Law Government of The People. These public servants have a choice: Swear an OATH to support the U.S. Constitution OR be replaced immediately or even Arrested. Any failure on their part to comply after 72 hours is considered to be an act of TREASON. As of last evening only 3 Governors ( CA, FL, NY ) have indicated their displeasure. They will either agree OR be replaced on the spot. Effective immediately all Corporate Jailed Prisoners- - those where there is NO injured party - - are to be released. Also ALL mortgage foreclosures are to STOP. There IS NOt any reason to continue making fraudlent monthly payments to banks, mortgage and / or credit card companies! There will NOT BE ANY FURTHER PROPERTY TAXES !!! All States will be able to operate from a Special Fund, and all Sales Taxes will Remain in the State; i.e., on Gas, Utilities, Services, etc. The "teeth" of the IRS have been pulled. They will still exist up until February of Next year, however they Will Not have any authority over you NOR will they be able to threaten or fine you. Therefore YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILE ANY 1040 OR OTHER FORMS !!! ABOVE ALL, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. File only if you have a refund coming. Do Not Depend on receiving any.

I made a similar point on one of the other threads but it, weirdly, got turned into a left vs right thing almost straight away which wasn't my point at all. I merely pointed out that it's OK that many are in support of this, but the reality is that it's actually the thin end of a wedge. People support this now because it supports their view of politics - however they define it - but would they be so eager for an army acting independent of government - any government - taking such a stance if the presiding government was actually OK in their view? Can't people see, objectively, this is a pretty dangerous position for people to be, whatever their politics.

When it comes to this happening in South American countries and the like, people tend to call this kind of thing a 'junta' and find it outrageous that such a thing could happen against a democratically elected government.

I can't shake the feeling that this might be a contrived display for the purposes of crying wolf, and placing us under marshal law. I think this may be a counter action plan to pull of f the complete take over for obama, and our new world model socialist leaders. if not I love the intention. I fear the reality is that this is to be used as a scape goat for the total crack down, and the round up of constitutionalists and other pains in the rear for the new gov. model thats being shoved down our gullet.

I don't know...from a quick google here is Kentuckys Govenors Oath..

And if I remember right if these letters are ignored, and they are being ignored, then the military is going to step in and force the Govs. out of office and save the day.
I did not vote for the current gov. of my state but none the less he was constitutionally elected. And one sure way of getting me to fight is to have a bunch of right wing christian militia morons come in and try to remove him from his constitutionally elected office.
So go back to the kitchen and cook up a fresh batch of fear and paranoia pot pies because I'm laughing at this one.

Congrats, this is the 1st post that ever made me click the "foe" button. If you think your government is not over reaching its bounds now then I assure you, you might actually be happy in one of those other countries you speak of. If you feel that turning over 50 to 60 percent of your earnings is a great thing so that your government can take care of all your inabilities then I guess you are right.

I didn't actually feel fearful when I read the initial postings. after some research I am calling B.S. especially since the supposed dr.kennedy is sounding like a con man. The only thing that scares me about this now is you think an official is actually getting elected by the majority. where I grew up the majority was much more than 51%. we will see what the next stunt is.
