A mock dirty bomb terrorist attack exercise in Las Vegas has been canceled by the Obama administration at Sen. Harry Reid's request, possibly signalling a shift in how the nation plans for terror attacks.

Some experts have said that changing the test exercise methods to secret surprise tests is a better method of preparing for attacks.

Y'know how the elites like to correlate training exercises with false flag attacks? 9-11, 7-7 bombings, Haiti, (am I missing some?) all had them.

Obviously, they know that we know this, hence the new tactic of "surprise" exercises.

I'm still betting on an anthrax attack in Los Angeles in May during Operation Eagle Horizon (phoenix reference). Way too much Riverside, CA (80 miles from LA) weirdness...

Watching and monitoring these kinds of exercises has definitely started gaining momentum since 9/11 and 7/7 both coincided with numerous wargames/exercises mimicking the actual events.

It seems the standard procedure for confusing the proper and timely response is simply to involve the relevant agencies in exercises that confuse them into not realizing they are dealing with a real-world event.

Terrorism will never be defeated as long as there is oppression in this world.. That being said maybe the Obama administration caught up to the obvious..
