From my understanding, the Constitution as written before 1868 along with the original 13th amendment is the one to be followed.
In 1868 the Constitution was rewritten by Congress without ratification by the States. That was the period when the United States of America was changed to the Corporation of the United States. Compare the 1868 version to the current Constitution and you will see the differences.
The original 13th amendment was tossed aside and replaced by the Abolition of Slavery. This seems strange since after the incorporation, we as citizens became over time slaves to the corporation.

Virginia, to wit:
We the delegates of the people of Virginia, duly elected in pursuance of a recommendation from the general assembly, and now met in convention, having fully and freely investigated and discussed the proceedings of the Federal Convention, and being prepared as well as the most mature deliberation hath enabled us, to decide thereon, Do, in the name and in behalf of the people of Virginia, declare and make known, that the powers granted under the constitution, being derived from the people of the United States, may be resumed by them whensoever the same shall be perverted to their injury or oppression, and that every power not granted thereby, remains with them and at their will; and therefore no right, of any denomination, can be cancelled, abridged, restrained or modified by the congress, by the senate or house of representatives acting in any capacity, by the president or any department, or officer of the United States, except in those instances in which power is given by the constitution for those purposes; and that among other essential rights, the liberty of conscience and of the press cannot be cancelled, abridged, restrained or modified by any authority of the United States. With these impressions, with a solemn appeal to the Searcher of Hearts for the purity of our intentions, and under the conviction that whatsoever imperfections may exist in the constitution ought rather to be examined in the mode prescribed therein, than to bring the Union into danger by delay, with a hope of obtaining amendments, previous to the ratification: We the said delegates, in the name and in behalf of the people of Virginia, do by these presents assent to and ratify the constitution recommended on the 17th day of September, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven, by the Federal Convention, for the government of the United States; hereby announcing to all those whom it may concern, that the said constitution is binding upon the said people, according to an authentic copy hereto annexed.

Internal Dangers to Individual Liberty
"If the liberties of America are ever compleatly ruined, of which in my opinion there is now the utmost danger, it will in all probability be the consequence of a mistaken notion of prudence, which leads men to acquiesce in measures of the most destructive tendency for the sake of present ease. When designs are form'd to rase the very foundation of a free government, those few who are to erect their grandeur and fortunes upon the general ruin, will employ every art to sooth the devoted people into a state of indolence, inattention and security, which is forever the fore-runner of slavery-- They are alarmed at nothing so much, as attempts to awaken the people to jealousy and watchfulness; and it has been an old game played over and over again, to hold up the men who would rouse their fellow citizens and countrymen to a sense of their real danger, and spirit them to the most zealous activity in the use of all proper means for the preservation of the public liberty, as 'pretended patriots,' 'intemperate politicians,' rash, hotheaded men, Incendiaries, wretched desperadoes, who, as was said of the best of men, would turn the world upside down, or have done it already."
"The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending at all hazards: and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors. They purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood; and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy upon the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle; or be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men. Of the latter we are in most danger at present. Let us therefore be aware of it. Let us contemplate our forefathers and posterity; and resolve to maintain the rights bequeathed to us from the former, for the sake of the latter. Instead of sitting down satisfied with the efforts we have already made, WHICH IS THE WISH OF OUR ENEMIES, the necessity of the times, more than ever, calls for our utmost circumspection, deliberation, fortitude and perseverance. Let us remember that "if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom!" It is a very serious consideration, which should deeply impress our minds, that MILLIONS YET UNBORN MAY BE THE MISERABLE SHARERS IN THE EVENT."
"The tragedy of American freedom, it is to be feared, is nearly compleated. A tyranny seems to be at the very door. It is to little purpose, then, to go about coolly to rehearse the gradual steps that have been taken, the means that have been used, and the instruments employed to encompass the ruin of the public liberty. We know them and we detest them. But what will this avail, if we have not courage and resolution to prevent the completion of their system?"
--Samuel Adams

In 1868 the Constitution was rewritten by Congress without ratification by the States. That was the period when the United States of America was changed to the Corporation of the United States. Compare the 1868 version to the current Constitution and you will see the differences.
The original 13th amendment was tossed aside and replaced by the Abolition of Slavery. This seems strange since after the incorporation, we as citizens became over time slaves to the corporation.
Close but not exactly. The earliest constitution we have is 1789 AD as amended.. Anything before that was burned or stolen by the British in the war of 1812. That is when the original 13th amendment went missing and dozens of versions of the Constitution appeared. Congress enacted the Organic act of 1871 which incorporated the District of Columbia and this corporation was the beginning of it all. Gradually the republic faded and the corp took over and expanded its reach and incorporated the trade name "THE UNITED STATES" which is the main corporation it operates under today. At some point and I don't remember the dates the corporation adopted the constitution as it's corporate charter with some subtle changes and have continued to change it and amend it AS A CORPORATE CHARTER not the organic constitution. So every amendment after the original 13th is just corporate charter and null and void. We had some vestiges of the Republic up until 1972 but most of it we sh!t canned in 1933. The republic still exist but there is nobody home so to speak.
This is why they ignore the constitution and implemented a socialist democracy, changed how senators were elected, and even how the president is elected it's all just corporate policy changes. The vote is just a dog and pony show so the people think they have a voice. It's all predetermined! How does any corporation make a change? Do they ask the employees to vote? Or do they just circulate a memo? This is why the CEO of the US corporation whom everyone thinks is the president of the republic just issues executive orders. They do just enough to keep the people deceived into thinking they are still in the Republic when they are nothing more then employees of a federal municipal corporation and treated as such.
You got to hand it to them they have done a magnificent job of deceiving the people into thinking they were free while robbing them blind of all their wealth and property while they scramble for left over crumbs. The plan is diabolically ingenious and the majority of the people are still hoodwinked by it and they even come on here and pooh pooh posts like mine explaining it.
The good news is the plan has a self destruct sequence built in and that is the fiat money from nothing currency. It has ended badly every time in history and I believe these arrogant bastards thought they were different and could perpetuate it indefinitely in spite of all history to the contrary. It is failing and in its death throws now and it is only a matter of time before it hits critical mass and the whole thing collapses.
People can voluntarily leave the corporation and go back and operate on the republic and this is the way to peacefully change things however most don't believe it so refuse to try.
A concerted effort was made to set-up the entire patriot/constitutionalist/militia movement into formally making terroristic threats which would have (and still holds some) potential to trigger the justification of declaring martial law and the round-up of all patriots as terrorists.
The Scheme:
Robert Schulz , through his We The People Foundation, whether voluntarily or under duress, organized a Continental Congress 2009 consisting of 105 duly elected citizen delegates representing 48 of the several states. The Congress was held in St. Charles, IL from Nov. 11-22.
Manipulated by a pre-planned agenda, the delegates formed sub-committees to draft “reports” which would become part of a finished document entitled, “The Articles of Association” (since changed to “The Articles of Freedom”). The pre-determined format of these reports was to include instructions to the Congress, the State Legislatures, and the People.
Instructions to the Congress included the formation of an unelected/appointed “Advisory Council” to which all legislation was to be submitted for Council approval before enactment. Such statements within these initial reports did not immediately raise “red flags”.
Subsequently the final document of the “Articles of Association” would include (under a section entitled “Instructions for Civic Action”) a call for the mobilization of millions of American citizens pledging to simultaneously carry out across America such acts as: to stop traffic on highways, bridges (George Washington Bridge, NY, etc.), tunnels; to close Congress, State Houses, IRS offices, TV stations, etc. This was not readily realized by the delegates who were swamped with initial reports, then found themselves voting on reports they were not afforded the opportunity to read due to “lack of toner in the copy machines”.
One delegate made it a point to read a written copy of each of the reports and the initial proposed “The Articles of Association”. In reading all of the fine print, he realized that the entire agenda boiled down to a manipulation of the delegates into making a demand on Congress to submit to an unelected authoritative body under threat of “serious public inconvenience”. (See Black’s Law Dictionary “terroristic threat”) This is very similar to the communist tactic of making a demand for power under threat of national labor strikes.
This final document package from Continental Congress 2009 would serve as a means to marginalize and demonize the entire patriot/constitutionalist/militia movement in the eyes of the American people. It would give a perceived justification of rounding up millions who signed the pledge.
The delegate stopped the proceedings by calling for a “Point of Information”, requesting a legal definition of the term “terroristic threat” and consideration of that definition in relation to the Continental Congress delegates being charged with the felony offense of “conspiring to commit terroristic threats”. He was immediately ruled out of order by the President of CC2009, Michael Badnarik. The Sgt of Arms was instantly called to escort the delegate from the podium. As he was being escorted out, another delegate (who had been trying to bring out information about the 14th Amendment) stepped up to the microphone and began reading the requested definition from Black’s Law Dictionary. That delegate was also immediately ruled out of order and the microphone grabbed away.

The letters come as a prominent national watchdog warns about a growing danger of anti-government violence.
Gov. Gary Herbert's spokesperson said the governor's office received that letter on Tuesday.

According to several news outlets across the country, a sovereign citizen group that advocates removing all state governors from office sent letters to at least 30 governors.
Carla Vigue, the communications director for the Doyle Administration, confirms that Doyle did receive a letter this week asking him to resign. Doyle's security team notified the FBI and they are monitoring the situation .
However security has not been changed or heightened.
Meanwhile in other states Governors are taking the threat more seriously.
