In a chilling speech to Russian defense experts on March 1, Prime Minister Putin ordered the buildup of strategic weapons and warned that the growing threat of the expansion of American Communism is endangering the entire World and bringing the Motherland closer to war than at any time since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.
Putin had previously warned the United States against its planned adoption of Communism during his January, 2009 speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos , Switzerland upon Obama taking office, and had stated:



“The concentration of surplus assets in the hands of the state is a negative aspect of anti-crisis measures in virtually every nation. In the 20th century, the Soviet Union made the state’s role absolute. In the long run, this made the Soviet economy totally uncompetitive. This lesson cost us dearly. I am sure nobody wants to see it repeated.”
Unfortunately though, Obama, and those Communist forces backing him, do want to see this monster of a system repeated and have in the past year accelerated the United States descent into the abyss of total state control over all aspects of Americans lives and have created one of the most all encompassing “surveillance societies” our World has ever seen.
So dire has the situation become in the United States that one of their most dissident lawmakers, US Congressman Ron Paul, took to the floor of their House of Representatives this past week and warned that Obama’s forces were now openly stating that they have the power to assassinate any American citizen they deem to be a terrorist threat against them.
And not just from the right are these warnings against Obama coming, but also from their furthest left-wing ones too as the powerful black-Muslim leader and Obama ally, Louis Farrakhan, of Chicago ’s Nation of Islam warned his followers this week that America is facing “imminent disaster” and they all must start “preparing for the worst”.
Obama, however, has chosen not to listen to these warnings and this past week accelerated his Communist takeover of America by appointing the powerful head of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and avowed Communist, Andy Stern, to the top US government commission to oversee its economy.

Though most Americans have never heard of Stern it was recently discovered that he has been Obama’s top visitor to the White House and is described as the President’s “right hand man”. But what should strike fear into all of them is Stern’s calling for the “workers of the world to unite” and destroy the United States to remake it as a Communist Nation. To Obama’s planned remaking of America into a Communist state Stern has further warned that if the “power of persuasion” doesn’t work, “the persuasion of power will”.
Not being understood by the American people is that their economic collapse has been long planned by their Communist elite leaders who know that the success of their takeover of the United States lays it its destruction from which their new “peoples utopian paradise” will arise from its ashes.
And to how successful the Communists have been in destroying America there remains no doubt as since upon Obama’s taking office, and for the first time in the history of the United States, more of their citizens are working for their government than in either their manufacturing or construction industries, and when combined with the 22% of

Worse still for those 60% of Americans desperately trying to keep from becoming wards of their new Communist government are the plans to throw millions of them from their homes by bankrupting them with catastrophic tax increases and making them dependent too, and as we had previously reported on in our February 16th report “Obama Plot To Throw Millions Of Americans From Homes Uncovered”.
Interesting to note is that a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released this past Friday shows that 56% of Americans think their federal government has become so large and powerful that it “poses an immediate threat to their rights and freedoms”, but contrasts sharply with the fact, and as reported by the Washington Times News Service, that “for the first time since the Great Depression, Americans took more aid from the government than they paid in taxes.”
To those Americans knowing of the Communist takeover of their government, and as reported by the New York Times, they are currently banding under the banner of the so called “Tea Party” movement which some of their politicians by alluding to Patriot dogma.
This New York Times article further states about this movement, “At a Tea Party protest in Las Vegas, Joe Heck, a Republican running for Congress, blamed both the Democratic and Republican Parties for moving the country toward “socialistic tyranny.” In Texas , Gov. Rick Perry, a Republican seeking re-election, threw his support behind the state sovereignty movement. And in Indiana , Richard Behney, a Republican Senate candidate, told Tea Party supporters what he would do if the 2010 elections did not produce results to his liking: “I’m cleaning my guns and getting ready for the big show. And I’m serious about that, and I bet you are, too.” And to how dangerous this “big show” will be that candidate Behney is warning his fellow American citizens about was further echoed by the renowned economist Dr. Marc Farber before a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers in Tokyo last week where he warned that the situation in the US had become so dire that he was advising all of his clients to buy farmland and gold and to be prepared to evacuate their cities at a moments notice.
Not known at this time, and as Obama’s Communist forces continue to gather strength in their destruction of the United States, is if the US Military will come to defense of their citizens, but it is worth noting that their Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, who was appointed by the former President Bush, is still in firm control of Americas military might and has continually rebuffed Obama’s attempts to change their war fighting strategy.
The same, and sadly, cannot be said for America’s over 800,000 federal, state and local police forces who were given new powers by Obama this past week when in the middle of the night he signed the dreaded Patriot Act extension into law that has destroyed more freedoms for these people than any other legislation in US history in a “Yes We Can” slam against the Bill of Rights these people had so long enjoyed.
Even worse for these Americans is that their ability to defend themselves is soon to be lost as their Supreme Court is set to rule in a 2nd Amendment (gun rights) case that will outlaw their being able to own any type of firearm and that Obama’s recent appointment of Justice Sonia Sotomayar [backed by the Communist Party in her nomination as a “way to end “right-wing” terrorism in the U.S.”] , who is firmly opposed to gun rights, holds the key “swing vote” on.
Unknown to virtually all of the American people is that last years US Supreme Court ruling upholding the 2nd Amendment gun rights of residents of Washington D.C.

ONLY applies to those citizens, and NOT to the citizens of the individual States, and as quoted about the current case to be heard this week by the court by the New York Times News Service: “Under the doctrine of “selective incorporation,” the Supreme Court has ruled on a case-by-case basis that most, but so far not quite all, of the Bill of Rights applies to states and cities. The court should dispense with the selectivity and make clear that states and cities must respect the Bill of Rights.”
Sadly for the American people (and Obama’s Communist “fellow traveler” Justice Sotomayar will make sure of it) they are not now, nor will they ever be afforded the full protection of the Bill of Rights given to them by their Founding Fathers and their descent into the darkness will continue.
Putin in his aforementioned remarks stated that he never would have believed that the United States would take the Iron Curtain surrounding the former Soviet Union they had helped to destroy, pack it up, and the re-erect it around America , but that is exactly what they done. And if any American today wants to know what it was really like living under the tyrannical rule of the Soviet Communists they need only look around them at what their Nation is becoming, and then get very prepared for what is to come.

In an effort to reduce operating costs without fee increases, the New York State Department of State will be revising the method in which it produces apostilles.

Please be advised that the following revisions will pertain to all apostilles issued by the New York State Department of State on and after April 15, 2010.

1. Revised Seal - Effective April 15, 2010, the New York State Department of State Seal will be used for the apostille. The Great Seal of the State of New York will no longer be used on any apostilles.

2. Revised Method for Affixing Seal - Effective April 15, 2010, apostilles will be produced with a black and white laser printed facsimile of the New York State Department of State Seal. The Great Seal of the State of New York will no longer be embossed either directly on any apostille or on a gold foil wafer placed on an apostille.


What is an "Apostille" or "Authentication?"

* Since October 15, 1981, the United States has been part of the 1961 Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. The Convention provides for the simplified certification of public (including notarized) documents to be used in countries that have joined the convention. Under the Hague Convention, signatory countries have agreed to recognize public documents issued by other signatory countries if those public documents are authenticated by the attachment of an internationally recognized form of authentication known as an "apostille." The apostille ensures that public documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.

* When a document is to be used in a foreign country, it may be necessary to authenticate the notarization or certification. Foreign countries often require documents to be authenticated before the documents will be accepted in the foreign jurisdiction. An "authentication" certifies the signature and the position of the official who has executed, issued or certified a copy of a document.

Has the website name/title been changed? Interesting to note these changes for the official documents (apostilles) will reflect "New York State Department of State" changed nearly effective immediately on 4/15/2010!!!! Can anyone tell when this web page was updated and changed? It appears to be relatively quickly and without much notice for changing the way important government documents for foreign government recognition are produced. Can anyone shed some light on this or additional thoughts? Is this the type of sign we are looking for? Thanks for your time.

Someone created a threat entitled "FBI investigating sovereign citizens" the gist of which was that people who claimed to be sovereigns were whack jobs and connected to Timothey McVeigh etc. The idea being they are terrorists and fringe groups who are anti-government.

Greetings all……I have returned home from meeting with the state coordinator of Nevada who is in charge of the RAP plan here. I am now an official de jure grand juror member for the state of Nevada…..we will be convening over a skype connection once enough people are in place and ready to do this….the Elder we are working with is Tom Schaults…..the coordinator reports that yesterday one of the jurors who lives here in Las Vegas had a visit to his home by 3 people…..a policewoman, a detective and an FBI agent……they asked many questions of him concerning his involvement in the RAP all of which he politely answered….he reports that the policewoman was the most confrontational and that on two occasions the detective had to ask her to step back. They then went to visit the coordinator and pretty much did the same thing…..many questions of him in an intimidating manner…..they did warn me that I now have a target on my back and could be visited by someone in the future…..none of the others of the other grand jurors reported being visited however.

Most of what was discussed I already knew from my research and listening to the broadcasts of Tim Turner and Dr. Kennedy…..the coordinator did relay to us that the governors are still under a gag order and he believes they will have to make a decision by this Friday or next Monday…..it will have been 14 days at that point since they received their letters and the declarations….he reported too that there is plenty of money in every state but until the Governors swear a new oath to the people then they do not have access to it……He says that Dr. Kennedy in speaking with him says there are many things happening behind the scenes that we don’t know about but are moving us closer to freedom from the Corporation…..the funds are slowly being squeezed away from them and soon will just dry up and blow away. He says the military is chomping at the bit to do their work but it is not time to move yet……the new thing I heard today is that there will be an interim prez and vice prez for 6 months who have already been selected…the person reporting this could not remember the guys name….but the important part is that there will be a new and fair election so people here trying to figure out who is next in line to be prez are mostly likely wasting their time it sounds like to me…..it also sounds like many and I mean many are going to be arrested!!!! That is pretty much all that I heard new from the RAP that hasn’t already been reported on hear at CW’s!

NOW for the part I don’t really believe is this…..a new person who was there at this meeting like me knows for a fact he says that these prosperity packages that we have been hearing about from Casper and other folks are real…..anyway that’s what he says…now for the unbelievable part……he says there will be enough money to give every legal citizen 10 million dollars…..Yeah….I know a little far fetched…I will believe it when I see it!

the District of Columbia, also known as the:

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of
government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see,
Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).
The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in
the aftermath of the Civil War -- was a strategic move by foreign interests
(international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the
coffers and neck of America. Congress cut a deal with the international bankers
(specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because
the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without
serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the
United States.
The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The
corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original
Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was
defaced -- in effect vandalized and sabotage -- when the title was capitalized
and the word "for" was changed to "of" in the title.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of
the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It operates in an economic
capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the
Republic. It does is not! Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring
to a legal document. This seemingly "minor" alteration has had a major impact
on every subsequent generation of Americans. What Congress did by passing
the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the
government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA' is a corporate constitution, which is
absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. First of all, it ended all our
rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the
international bankers got their hands on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."
To fully understand how our rights of sovereignty were ended, you must know
the full meaning of sovereign: "Chief or highest, supreme power, superior in
position to all others; independent of and unlimited by others; possessing or
entitled to; original and independent authority or jurisdiction." (Webster).
In short, our government, which was created by and for us as sovereigns -- free
citizens deemed to have the highest authority in the land – was stolen from us,
along with our rights. Keep in mind that, according to the original Constitution,
only We the People are sovereign. Government is not sovereign. The Declaration
of Independence say, "…government is subject to the consent of the governed."
That's us -- the sovereigns. When did you last feet like a sovereign? As Lisa
Guliani explained:
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist or a constitutional historian to figure out that
the U.S. Government has NOT been subject to the consent of the governed
since long before you or I were born. Rather, the governed are subject to the
whim and greed of the corporation, which has stretched its tentacles beyond the
ten-mile-square parcel of land known as the District of Columbia. In fact, it has
invaded every state of the Republic. Mind you, the corporation has NO
jurisdiction beyond the District of Columbia. You just think it does. "You see,
you are 'presumed' to know the law, which is very weird since We the People
are taught NOTHING about the law in school. We memorize obscure facts and
phrases here and there, like the Preamble, which says, 'We the
People…establish this Constitution for the United States of America.' But our
teachers only gloss over the Bill of Rights. Our schools (controlled by the
corporate government) don't delve into the Constitution at depth. After all, the
corporation was established to indoctrinate and 'dumb-down' the masses, not to
teach anything of value or importance. Certainly, no one mentioned that
America was sold-out to foreign interests, that we were beneficiaries of the debt
incurred by Congress, or that we were in debt to the international bankers. Yet,
for generations, Americans have had the bulk of their earnings confiscated to
pay a massive debt that they did not incur. There's an endless stream of things
the People aren't told. And, now that you are being told, how do you feel about
being made the recipient of a debt without your knowledge or consent? "After
passage of the Act of 1871 Congress set a series of subtle and overt deceptions
into motion, deceptions in the form of decisions that were meant to sell us down
the river. Over time, the Republic took it on the chin until it was knocked down
and counted out by a technical KO [knock out]. With the surrender of the
people's gold in 1933, the 'common herd' was handed over to illegitimate law.

Act of 1871 – operates solely under Private International Law, not Common
Law, which was the foundation of our Constitutional Republic. "This fact has
impacted all Americans in concrete ways. For instance, although Private
International Law is technically only applicable within the District of Columbia,
and NOT in the other states of the Union, the arms of the Corporation of the
UNITED STATES are called 'departments' -- i.e., the Justice Department, the
Treasury Department. And those departments affect everyone, no matter where
(in what state) they live. Guess what? Each department belongs to the
corporation -- to the UNITED STATES.
"Refer to any UNITED STATES CODE (USC). Note the capitalization; this is
evidence of a corporation, not a Republic. For example, In Title 28 3002 (15)
(A) (B) (C), it is unequivocally stated that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.
Translation: the corporation is NOT a separate and distinct entity; it is not
disconnected from the government; it IS the government -- your government.
This is extremely important! I refer to it as the 'corporate EMPIRE of the UNITED
STATES,' which operates under Roman Civil Law outside the original
Constitution. How do you like being ruled by a corporation? You say you'll ask
your Congressperson about this? HA!! "Congress is fully aware of this deception.
So it's time that you, too, become aware of the deception. What this great
deception means is that the members of Congress do NOT work for us, for you
and me. They work for the Corporation, for the UNITED STATES. No wonder we
can't get them to do anything on our behalf, or meet or demands, or answer our
questions.
"Technically, legally, or any other way you want to look at the matter, the
corporate government of the UNITED STATES has no jurisdiction or authority in
ANY State of the Union (the Republic) beyond the District of Columbia. Let that
tidbit sink in, then ask yourself, could this deception have occurred without full
knowledge and complicity of the Congress? Do you think it happened by
accident? If you do, you're deceiving yourself.
"There are no accidents, no coincidences. Face the facts and confront the truth.
Remember, you are presumed to know the law. THEY know you don't know the
law or, for that matter, your history. Why? Because no concerted effort was
ever made to teach or otherwise inform you. As a Sovereign, you are entitled to
full disclosure of all facts. As a slave, you are entitled to nothing other than
what the corporation decides to 'give' you.
"Remember also that 'Ignorance of the law is no excuse.' It's your responsibility
and obligation to learn the law and know how it applies to you. No wonder the

corporation counted on the fact that most people are too indifferent,
unconcerned, distracted, or lazy to learn what they need to know to survive
within the system. We have been conditioned to let the government do our
thinking for us. Now's the time to turn that around if we intend to help save our
Republic and ourselves -- before it's too late.
"As an instrument of the international bankers, the UNITED STATES owns you
from birth to death. It also holds ownership of all your assets, of your property,
even of your children. Think long and hard about all the bills taxes, fines, and
licenses you have paid for or purchased. Yes, they had you by the pockets. If
you don't believe it, read the 14th Amendment. See how 'free' you really are.
Ignorance of the facts led to your silence. Silence is construed as consent;
consent to be beneficiaries of a debt you did not incur. As a Sovereign People
we have been deceived for hundreds of years; we think we are free, but in truth
we are servants of the corporation.
"Congress committed treason against the People in 1871. Honest men could
have corrected the fraud and treason. But apparently there weren't enough
honest men to counteract the lust for money and power. We lost more freedom
than we will ever know, thanks to corporate infiltration of our so-called
'government.' "Do you think that any soldier who died in any of our many wars
would have fought if he or she had known the truth? Do you think one person
would have laid down his/her life for a corporation? How long will we remain
silent? How long will we perpetuate the MYTH that we are free? When will we
stand together as One Sovereign People? When will we take back what has been
as stolen from the us?
"If the People of America had known to what extent their trust was betrayed,
how long would it have taken for a real revolution to occur? What we now need
is a Revolution in THOUGHT. We need to change our thinking, then we can
change our world. Our children deserve their rightful legacy -- the liberty our
ancestors fought to preserve, the legacy of a Sovereign and Fully Free People."

The fact that New York State is immediately changing their Seal to the wording demanded in the declaration, is the most solid evidence I have seen yet.

Hi John, Here is an update for Arizona. Our governor Jan Brewer signed a bill and took the oath to up hold the Constitution!

As the late Adrian Rogers said, "you cannot multiply wealth by dividing it." This man is truly a genius! An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan". All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A... After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little. The second test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F. As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else. All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.
