Gas line cut at home of Va. congressman's brother

www.google.com

RICHMOND, Va. — Authorities are investigating a severed propane line at the home of a Virginia congressman's brother after tea party activists posted the man's address online.

Activists are upset about U.S. Rep. Tom Perriello's vote in favor of the health care reform.

Perriello's office said that a line to a propane tank on a gas grill was cut at Bo Periello's Charlottesville home on Tuesday. Tea party activists had posted the address online thinking it was the congressman's home, telling opponents to drop by and "express their thanks" for his vote.

"More than 10 lawmakers have complained they've received threats since the House voted Sunday on a health insurance overhaul, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Wednesday, and law enforcement officials are taking the allegations seriously.

Federal law enforcement officials are looking into at least two possible threats directed at members of Congress and their families that Democrats suggest are related to their vote for health care reform. "

So is this just some lone wolf or can it be more organized. There is more reports of threats coming in. This is what I was afraid of they get the public all worked up the one or two go off and make the hole crowd look just as ignorant. This is what s going to cost us our freedoms IMHO.

I'm usually not a conspiracy theorist at all (I occasionally visit this site, just because I enjoy reading theories and black listed news)...but this seems too perfect for the Democratic Party. Why would someone with ill intent slash the gas line of a grill, that is OUTSIDE...when we still have cold weather (so it's not being used, but it was discovered quickly...) Furthermore the videos of when Congressmen were allegedly being spat on and cursed at....shows nothing? Then the bricks through the windows...is rooted back to one person in a militia group from Texas? The busted windows were in New York. I have to say guys, this sounds very fishy...and I would be very careful in declaring this Tea Partiers or "right wing extremists." It could be...but it sounds very fishy, and could very well be Democratic operatives trying manipulate. What good would intimidation do after they already passed the bill...from the "right wing" point of view? It makes no sense.

Im with you some what but the thing that got me worried (in my on mind) are copy cats. "If they are doing it so can I" and if there is a lot of this kind of rhetoric going around then you can kiss your freedom good bye.

We keep hearing of the 'False Flag'! I guess the democratic operatives of Alinski/Soros/Emanuel are most likely playing this dangerous game. They can control the MSM but they are having one devil of a time controlling the universal citizen investigator and what he finds and posts to others!

This is the fringe militia mindset thats stepping up the whole anti-government call that the sons of liberty called for...that break windows nonsense.

The leader is a dude that is very anti-government, anti-any social programs.

Ironically he is currently living on social security.

Just your typical dumb rednecks that will end up getting some milita's classified as a domestic terrorist group no doubt once someone actually dies (again...like McVeign)

I don't know why a line to a gas tank on a gas grill would be extremely
dangerous unless someone stood there with a lighted match. And aren't
gas grills used outside? I know mine is. The wind would dissipate the gas
pretty fast.

There are a lot of ticked off people in the country right now over the
passage of this health bill. However, threatening lives over it will do
nothing but get your heiney lobbed into a cell for a long time. Don't those
morons know that they will be tracked down to the end of the earth
until they are brought to justice? They can get mad all they want, but to
make death threats is not a brainy idea. Let the dust settle and see what
happens because of this bill. Nothing has happened yet. Let it take its
course and then go through the court systems. A person can't make death
threats and expect to get away with it.

I am not especially against the health care bill. I am just amazed at the way
it was passed. It was passed without consideration of what the
MAJORITY of people here in the US want. And then to pass a bill that
no one has fully read or understands, is beyond comprehension. I just
hope all of the people in washington who are running this camel and
donkey show end up on the same exact health care coverage. Then we
need to get these congressmen on the same Social Security program that
the rest of us are trying to survive on.

I am a Tea Party -ist, or whatever we are called. "Activist" seems a little strong. We are not endorsing violence. At least not yet, and not for the foreseeable near future.

I also work for the State Government, and I got an interesting email from my boss today. She recommended that we check out a particular website, because it has a lot of personal data on it, and even supposedly exempt people like Cops and Revenue workers had personal info on the site, up to and including pictures of them and their families. It seems to be a cross-section of Google Maps, Streetview, your Credit Report, and whatever other data is out there. I looked myself up, and sure enough, a picture of me, my house, my astrological sign, credit rating, photos of my cars with license plates visible, etc., etc.!

I don't know if this information was meant to warn us that we could be in danger as resentment of the government heats up, but I am taking it as such. I am confused though, am I supposed to be afraid of myself, and my buddies in the Tea Party or Mason's lodge or from the Gun Range?

Here is the website:

Yep, and TPTB just love this kind of attitude that those people are showing. Keep the people pissed, so they can take more and more away from them. Why so many people let hate drive them instead of common sense and logic, i`ll never know.

I'm shocked that that site knows where I live. I'm absolutely baffled that the site thinks I am a multi-millionaire with multiple children.

I suggest nobody pay for the site's services since all it got right about me is my mailing address.

Mob rule is criminal behavior.
Make criminal threats and you will, and should, be treated like a criminal.
The Constitution and are country are not well served by mob behavior.
Rationalize all you want Tea Party folk, it's a pretty dicey company you keep at this point. face reality for a change.
