TIME TRAVEL: Strong evidence or major hoax???

nothing of that is EVIDENCE, i am afraid.

The Chaplin time traveller (i dont know how often i watched that clip)...at one time it was obvious to me that she only used a hearing aid. There is nothing which speaks AGAINST that.

As for the watch....finding the watch is not proof for time travel..there are a number of possibly explanations ranging from hoax, pr-stunt etc..or that the tomb was simply not sealed as they believed.

UNLESS those alternative explanations are DISPROVEN - it cannot be proof for time travel. Sorry.

I do want to say that at one point during the close up of the woman, she seems to be saying "what" as if speaking to someone. The only reason why this clip stands out is this (In my personal opinion, others may differ):

--if she is using a hearing aid, who is she talking with? There is no one walking with her as far as I could see
--she clearly seems to be speaking. Did the hearing aid from those days require hand-holding? I do agree with a few folks that it seems she is holding a phone.

This is a cool clip, but I doubt she is a time traveller, but then who really knows????????

Hi all! I have been a fly on the wall on this forum for a couple of years, and I finally decided to become a member.
I'm not sure if time travel is real or not, but it definitely is such a fascinating topic!

Your photos have already long been disproven, but you lost me at "According to former US navy engineer, Al Bielek"

Al Bielek claims his soul came from another body, not through some type of reincarnation, but from some type of extraction. The guy is a hoaxer, I should know. The hoax that he claims to be a part of has nothing to do with him, if the Philadelphia Experiment was a hoax Bielek is a hoax, sorry to burst your bubble, I do enjoy this time-travel stuff as much as anyone, but the Philadelphia Experiment was a hoax, it all originates with one solitary man who wrote the story, Carlos Allen aka Carlos Allende, who admitted it was a hoax, and to make money, went back on his admission in an attempt to make money, but by that time it was too late, the paranormal crowd hijacked his hoax and he never made much money off it.

If time travel is possible and has been done for over 50 years now, what are the modern day applications, causes and effects? Surely those with the tech dont just go grave robbing or sight seeing.

That to me suggests that those photos, if they are real time travelers, are from our future, where time travelling has become a recreational holiday, like going to space will soon be.

One possibly fruitful line of research would be to investigate what the logo was at the time for the Minto Mine company. The Minto Mine (now owned by Capstone Mining Corp.) was a gold mine operation located in the Bridge River Valley in the 1930's and into the 1940's, and recently revived by Capstone. Reopening a bridge leading to that site might be of interest to the local workers.

I still can't imagine why anyone would waste all their time travel frequent flyer miles (hours?) visiting the opening of some obscure bridge in British Columbia in 1940.

"Hey, where do you want to go on vacation this year? The assassination of JFK? The eruption of Mount Vesuvius that buries Pompeii?" "Nah. Let's go to the re-opening of this bridge."

P.S. -- Which suggests to me that if you really want to look for time travelers, look in the backgrounds of photos like those of the JFK assassination, where time travelers might actually want to show up. After a few decades of time travel, those crowds should be practically nothing but time travelers!

And I cant imagine the government sending someone back to British Columbia in 1940 to see the opening of some obscure bridge.

I can see someone going back for personal reasons, perhaps their grandfather opened the bridge, or designed it, or was there. Perhaps the bridge has some significance in the future that it doesnt yet. It would have to be sentimental reasons, it's not government business.

I've only read a couple of pages in to this and am curious if the first story about a ring watch has any '' references'' it seems to have the elements of plausibility but in the article below about a time traveler being posted with a picture of a the ''time traveler'' standing next to Fox Mulder's boss from X-files show .one thing can be said almost for certain that the second article is meant to discredit something ?
