Neverless,

The information you have posted is disinformation. It was likely designed and circulated in order to make all who oppose the bill as sensationalist. It is easily debunked and therefore hurts the credibility of all who have legitimate concerns regarding this legislation.

Did you not at least listen and take the oppurtunity to look this information up for yourself, it's all there black an white this just summarizes what the bill says. Please don't complain about my post if you won't take the time to at least inform yourself.

I did and have. Did you? You didn't did you? If you had you would see that it is not even talking about the things the "summery" states on the pages it list.

For example, here is what your "summary" states for page 59.

Page 59 HC Bill lines 21-24: Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for elective funds transfer. (Time for more cash and carry)

Here is what page 59 lines 21 -24 actually says:

21| entation of information relating to the coverage op-
22| tions described in subsection (a)(2). Such format
23| shall, at a minimum, require the inclusion of infor-
24| mation on the percentage of total premium revenue

That is because this "information" is old. The bill has changed so the page numbers don't even match up any more. But when they did the things in the "information" was absolutely false. At least in the paragraphs they pointed to in the bill.

You have been baited into a hoax designed to ruin your credibility and the credibility of all who oppose the bill.

I also oppose this bill however we must verify our sources if not from the bill directly. Or Else we lose credibility when we try to show legitimate concerns.
