If you do it, do it locally...with family and people that you are real sure about...and believe me and others ...stay low key... you'll be much better off for it..

Ya know... the wife and I bought a small place out in Kansas and I debated the same type of post... I too could use a little help fixing to old place up and getting the Gardens going...

What stopped me doing it is with so many folks out of work right now I doubt I'd have any trouble finding local's willing to work for room an board
