giants and ufos in the solomon islands

read an interesting book recently available from amazon.com called solomon island mysteries by marius boirayon. interesting book.

Talks about his time in the solomons, apparantly he married a malatian woman and lived among the local people for a while. he says that the locals all knew about this 'creature' called the 'diamond snake' which they saw almost every night. people had been killed ('fried') by it. as he was staying with them, he saw it too, and he said it was a ufo. it came down from the mountains towards the sea almost every night. didnt bother to cloak itself - was clearly visible. the locals were so used to it, they didnt bother about it too much. he asked where it came from and they took him to a lake up in the mountains. he sat and watched beside the lake for hours and over the course of the night saw two ufos emerge from the mountain lake, one after the other, and go down to the sea. apparantly they must have had a based under or in the lake somehow. the other 'home' of hte ufo/'diamond snake' was in the sea. there were particular places where the ufos emerged from out in the ocean, which he thinks were also bases.

he had footage apparantly of all this, but was deported back to australia by australian intelligence agencies and all his footage confiscated. he is never allowed to return to the solomons even tho his wife and child live there.

he also talks in the book about tales of giants living in the rainforest in the middle of the island. apparantly these giants (which are hairy, and huge) have terrifed the locals for centuries. they used to be cannibalistic and raided and ate the locals, who lived in villages by the sea. may account for all the cannibalistic type religions of the pacific?? apparantly these giants also stole women and hybrid children were born. in some villages where he visited he spoke to a woman who was kidnapped by giants recently and sexually abused. He also visited with villagers who were hybrids - descended from these giants - and were a lot taller and had big appetites. says the giants are common knowledge and believed in by the locals. apparantly they live in houses made wiht local vegetation and have orchards. they regarded the humans as 'animals' sort of like pigs to be eaten until recent times (apparantly). also there are said to be caves and passages inside the mountains in the solomons that have some type of artificial lighting - probably an alien connection.

interestingly the australian aborigines say that giants first inhabited australia. they also speak of a race of dwarf people. a similar race of dwarf people is known about in the solomon islands. in taiwan, their stories tell of the 'black dwarfs' of taiwan, who lived in caves, had 'magic' and stole/raped women from local villages. Interesting in light of the 'hobbit' race skeletons they dug up in indonesia (which btw, the australian aborigines - an elder who spoke to us - are not at all surprised about). also you might want to look up my post on ats about an archaeological cover up and embargoes in nz - where apparantly findings of giant skeletons and a race of 'little people''s skeletons have been 'covered up'. these inhabitants apparantly pre dated the maori and are known of by the maori.

similar stories of giants about in most countries mythologies, but if you're after evidence of a real living giant, apparantly you need to go to the solomons. a ltho you could get yourself killed if you do.

So he was deported from the Solomons by an Australian intelligence agency (not extradited) and all evidence of this story was confiscated?

I'm sorry but most here will see this as a fanciful tale, nothing more.

Yet again an interesting story but with no pics its hearsay that has been turned into a book to generate money for the author and publisher.

well i suppose if someone was interested in proving whether his story was true or not, all they'd need to to would be to book a trip to the solomons and stay with the indigenous people in a remote village known to the locals for its sightings. then, according to teh author, you'll see a ufo almost every night. it's certainly open to proof, if someone really wanted to follow it up.

Well, the question is: is there anyone like that anywhere in the world? And if so, how to find them? Is there anyone like that on ATS or this forum? It is ok to talk about Solomon Islands mysteries and/or Boirayon and to say these stories are or are not true, but it takes time to research] delve into the matter, and it takes even more courage to actually go there. I cannot somehow believe that of all people interested in such phenomena - or of all ATS members, for that matter - there isn't one who woudn't have (or devote) the time, energy and/or money to go... That is what I have been proposing for quite some time, if you see here: www.wyspy.webd.pl...... It is really funny (but also very irritating) that on so many forums, both in English and in other languages, there is so much talk about what these things and phenomena may or may not be, and whether they are real, while nobody has yet said: "ok, let's make an expedition"...
