Global whatchama huh?

Atmospheric carbon dioxide is increasing. This is measured by hundreds of monitoring stations across the globe, all finding the same increasing trend (NOAA). The rising trend is confirmed by satellite measurements conducted independently by NASA, the European Space Agency and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. Combined with ice core measurements from Greenland and Antarctica, this tells us that atmospheric CO2 levels are the highest in over 15 million years (Tripati 2009).

And are you saying swine flu never existed?

Yay for the rebellion...lets also kill all scientists...what have they ever done for us anyhow?!!

*facepalm*

Good luck with your revolution.

If you win, I am going to take the first flight out...before the reactors go critical and the electric grid shuts down.

Power does not belong to anyone.

Not the few, biut also not the many.

Things cant become better without getting rid of the lust for power, which mostly comes from fear and insecurity

Aren't there plans in some places for a total boycott from April 15 through 18 and then a demonstration on April 19? No working or buying groceries or gasoline the 15th to the 18th. You'd have to stock up on groceries and get the days off. April 19 is the anniversary of the Murrah Building Bombing which people have forgotten about but in which the government deliberately put bombs under a day care center. Actually some of the people were warned by someone who observed the explosives being placed, not to bring their kids to the day care. Then the same person was seen helping people out of the rubble but somehow mysteriously died in the explosion and his body was found at his desk. The phantom rescue worker. Only in America.

Taking away freedom is not a new tactic by those in power, seeking power, or merely out to destroy. Have you ever read a collaberation of authors for a book and just simply could not figure out what side the authors were on? Good versus evil, just versus injustice, freedom versus suppression.

Too many authors spoil the story and creates confusion. That is the conspiracy we now face. It is not that freedom is taken but the illusion that it can be taken because we are just simply dazed and confused and unable to see what is really there.. a bunch of words. Why do people believe words can take freedom? People believe a hand is more powerful than a body because it is written.

We, people, like to point fingers but does the reality of the situation show that a whole body of people merely allow freedoms to be taken out of fear from a hand? We do we not migrate where food is plentiful and weather is mild for the season? Because it is written that we must obey property rights and work for a power that will enable us to purchase our food and work for our shelter.

We quibble over the smallest details of freedom yet ignore our basic freedom rights to migrate to where food is plentiful and build shelters as we require. No more are these basic freedoms even considered when we have such miniscule details such as medical, jobs, credit, and speech to quibble over. All these tiny details are a smokscreen to hide the fact that ancestors sold us into slavery long ago and we continue selling our children into the slave trade and our children will sell their children.

What are the basic human requirements for survival? Food and shelter and it is those freedoms we should have been worrying about, yet we quibble over miniscule details while we starve and freeze to death, yet no person has risen to change our focus and survived.

My friend, focus on detail may have allowed natural freedom of survival to be taken. Are you aware of the fact that you must have money or suject yourself to incareration if you attempt to feed yourself? Isn't this a far more important freedom that was taken long ago yet we no longer offer a blink about it.

The Great Depression was almost a turning point in US history. Fear and hunger introduce ideas of freedom that those in power do not want us to know. Thanks to FDR and the socialist ideas that followed, hunger and fear are appeased with an illusion that the government will provide food and shelter taking our freedom to these most basic things.

I see what is happening but with so many authors, I cannot determine where this story of freedom is going. I cannot hunt or fish because of words. I cannot forage or grow a garden because of words. Yet I am to worry about healthcare reforms that will cause me to live longer, credit card rates and home loans that will provide me the means to buy food and shelter with no means to be free.

When you talk of freedom, are you really talking about freedom or what has been written allowing you an illusion of lesser things? Seriously, think about this.

AMEN brother, the truth has now been revealed. It is a sad thing but at current pace of our societies decline in quality and civil liberties, where will we be in 2 years, 10 years, etc. i hear from so many people that i used to make more money in the 80's than i do today, and then there is inflation. What gives them power over us?
Nothing,

if we all dont recognize their power then they have non

we don use their money it has no value

we dont buy their chinese made crap they go out of buisness.

It is our duty to change the guard when the guard has been corrupted

So this little social experiment failed, we rebuild, we eliminate what made it this way, No more central banks, no more massive credit debt, and public policy first.
We concentrate on better neighbourhoods, better healthcare, better schooling. And a great rule, if you are in the presidental party, you want to be in politics you must sell your companys and can not gain profit from wars, military contracts till you been out of office at least 5 years. They are taking cookies from the cookie jar and then taking the cookie jar.

Really?

Removal of freedom? Last time I checked, you can still come online and bash the government with no punishment. You can own a weapon and murder innocent animals with it. You can fish. You can drink alcohol even though it's going to kill you, same with smoking. You can get high off prescription drugs legally. You can freely debate the 9/11 conspiracy theories and NOT get in trouble by the government. You can accuse YOUR president of being an illegal alien.

And so on.

Last time I checked, the times seem pretty good AND easy.

Oh I forgot, Obama is a socialist/communist/Marxist/elitist/ who wants all the white gun owners dead.

Give me a flippin' break. Time to grow up ATS.

swine flu, although not the global genocide some of the more paranoid members were predicting, was not what it was portrayed as.
Whether released from somewhere or naturally mutated, this flu was hyped to rediculous levels by the MSM of whomn big pharma is a HUGE customer.
They managed to get the WHO (who should be making up their own minds) to declare a level 6 pandemic. This all meant that Pharma made vast profits on vaccines and tamiflu.
The death rate was only high in mexico as they began putting virtually all deaths down to it. In general it was less lethal than seasonal flu. Although, I'd put it about the same as huge amounts of people faked it in the UK to get time off work and numerous other complaints were diagnosed as swine flu.

Found a few (bbc) relevants though not the stories I was looking for

Poland refuses vaccines look at the reasons!
Who denies Big Pharma influence

And Global Warming is not proven by a long shot! Did you know that after the world warms the sea will release vast quantities of CO2? It conversly absorbs it after the temp has droped. Old Al Gore conveiniently forgot to mention this fact when he showed the link between CO2 and Temp!

Thats exactly what this is about. You may ejoy the the things our society allows us to choose to consume but freedom to consume is not the freedom to live ones life the way they wish. As a living organisim on this planet I should not have to live subserviant to a system I do not agree with.

Drinking and smoking does not make a person free. If you are happy with the way things are than I can respect that but telling people to grow up, especially those who do not agree with you, is childish.

Differences of oppinion should not colour your view of people. We all live different experiences in life and it is the height of ignorance to be so condescending.

Peace and Love

What I want to know is what these internet revolutionaries really want. Because it seems if you start nailing them down on what they would do after the bloodbath is over it doesn't sound all that good.

What it seems to me is that they crave their freedom and would gladly sacrifice YOUR freedom for it. These people just seem to want anarchy. It's usually something that people outgrow after they are done being teenagers. You know that rage against the machine, got to fight for your right to party kind of thing.

Usually it ends up they either want drugs or they just want to kill a lot of people.

the object of this declaration is to get the freedom back that has been taken away from us. but the point is to get this freedom without taking the freedom away from others and to have no violence. one person taking away the freedom of other people to achieve their own freedom is exactly what happened. this revolution would be to give freedom to all without taking it away from anyone.

i think what should happen after (if this revolution happens) is that the free people should sit down, and not just a few but all of them, to decide on a new form of government where everybody has equal power. this kind of meeting can be achieved through the internet.

Uh huh, right.

Thats what all dictators seem to say when they want to overthrow the government.

Never seems to quite turn out that way. Maybe ask Lebanon how things are going. Oooh, or Iran! They had a revolution a while back.

yeah that's true, but the difference is this is submitted anonymously, and that's the way its going to stay, it for the people, and they can do what they want with it

The problem with that is a lot of people are really stupid. Not everyone has a brain.

The majority might end up giving Simon Cowell complete control.

Here is what I think should happen. I think that people need to start electing people, real people into office. From the local level up. If you want real change elect people that haven't been in office for years and years. Elect people that have good ideas and aren't taking a lot of campaign contributions.

The United States is not an etch a sketch.

..WHAT??!

I can tell someone has been watching Glenn Beck

Threads about revolution = lot of stars and flags. I know, it feels good to have people enjoy something you made. It boosts your ego, just a bit.

I also suggest you stepping foot into Iran and try living there for a month or even Saudi Arabia if you're a woman.

After that, then come back on here and talk to us about freedom. Until then, you and many other members on here are very ungrateful.

Do I think we need HONEST individuals in the white house, the senate and in congress? You damn right. Will it happen? No.

well first let me ask, who is Glenn beck

and i know it is horrible over in the middle east, i want those people just to have as many freedoms as we do, i have seen the videos of people being shot and run over, this declaration is not just for americans, it is for anyone who wants to be free,

i am happy to be an American and have freedoms, but over the last 2 decades, i have watched as those freedoms are slowly taken away, the fact they can imprison you without a trial, and kill you when ever they want.

i have to say that one of my biggest fears it that what is happening over in the middle east and other parts of the world will soon happen in America. i think we need to stop it why we can

#1. You obviously know who Beck is. If not, then I'm surprised..and worried you post about the removal of freedoms but yet, you aren't aware of a man who makes a living by DIVIDING Americans.

#2. Relax. I promise you this country will never become like the Middle East. Why? Because if you haven't noticed, we are a Westernized culture. Our society differs from the Middle East in a huge way.

So don't worry. The government isn't going to remove women's rights, take away your guns, or have you beheaded in public because of your religious views.
