Personally, I do not feel that the 4.4 quake in LA is enough to say this prediction was right. A 4.4 in southern Cal is a common occurrence.

3/9/2010 3.7 Coso Junction, CA
Yes, this 4.4 was stronger than the rest, but was also in the same ballpark. I did not include all of the 3.0 quakes that happened in this same period of about 5 days. My point is that this quake is not 'special' nor would it be difficult to predict.
