This photo was taken by a disposable camera about 10 years ago. I've cropped it by 2/3's and the remaining 1/3 shows something interesting. Any thoughts?

Hmmm...Question:why were you taking a picture of the corner/lamp/radio? My thoughts on it,is that it is simply a fine piece of thread on the lens, from the yarn you have laying there on the bed.Same color...

I am no photoshop expert, however, I must say; that is a very nice picture. Smoke? Faintly painted into wall? I don't think so just saying what my observations wanted to explain it with. Interesting none the less. Black smoke it really looks like. Was this floating? You see it at time? Or did it snake up, as if a being? Did you actually SEE it with your eyes or only once after photo developed? Did you initiate it or call on anything or pray or meditate?

Smudge on the film? Irregularity in the texture of the film? Or did you actually see this in person at the time?

It wasn't there when I shot the photo. It shows up on the negative also.

looks pretty typical for a disposable...it's not like those things actually take quality pics.

When you took this how long after they developed did you put them on ATS?

I just dug it out of my photobook this morning. Not sure why... but there is no date stamp on the back. The photo is from about late Oct/early Nov 2000. The part that I cropped off has my bird perched on the bed shortly after purchasing her. That's how I managed to date the photo.

Ok then you probobly didn't photoshop it. it may of been string on the lens. I think it could be paranormal.

Looks like a water stain on the picture to me. It doesnt really stand out as something exxtraordinary imo. No defining shape or anything, just a smuge on an old pic. I could be wrong but...

I have to agree..

The possible poor quality of disposable cameras, a water/chemical stain on the negative during processing.. .could even be a stain in the wall itself due to innefective damp proof course..

101 other reasons to possibly explain this photo before we go anywhere near the paranormal.

Nice find though.. keep your eyes open and a decent camera ready and you might strike gold

There are a lot of ways that this was not paranormal, but don't count out that option. I have an orb on a digital camera on my fireplace!
