Keep in mind these measures are currently just a proposal to combat terror. It appears there is a push for closed door hearings of terror suspects
with special judges and advocates whom have never even met their clients expected to act in their best interests. Additionally, there are also
proposed "behaviour orders," limiting the personal freedoms of suspects.
This could seriously be misused. Anyone labelled a terrorist could be railroaded through the system without so much as a credible defense. The
behavior orders are what is most troubling. I wonder what criteria will be in place to determine who exactly is enough of a risk to have their
ability to travel taken away for example? Any thoughts?
