Well, obviously there is no universally (pun not intended, heh) agreed-upon authority on the subject, so at the end of the day, your theory is just as
good as any.
Plus it's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff, a lot of people have been proven frauds in this game. A lot of times, an idea can take on a life
of its own just because it sounds right, but then you may find out that it came from the ramblings of Elron Hubbard. Or whatever.
You are asking the right questions as far as I'm concerned. Far too many people take on this subject seriously without applying critical reasoning,
and quickly find that they are juggling contradicting rationalizations. For instance, reconciling the theory of evolution with the theory of ET
visitation. They both sound compelling by themselves, but when put together a lot of things don't match up exactly.
As for the Grays, I've heard several different things. One, I've heard that they are the most ancient race of any known, are less complex, with
origins going back billions of years possibly in other galaxies. I don't think that's right, personally. I've also heard that they were created by
the same people who created us, the Elohim or whichever name you want to apply. Another theory is that Reptilians created them, while the Elohim
created us.
These waters are darker, murkier, and deeper than any other you'll chance upon. But every now and then, you'll come across someone who knows
absolutely insane amounts of knowledge on the subject, and if you're lucky you may walk away with a refreshed insight. There are several people here
on ATS that I've noticed in my short time here whose opinions I'd LOVE to hear on this subject.
Cheers
